it IS PaulG60's car... (and it IS very nice with some very nice details... 8) )

 

Be very careful which adaptors you buy for these wheels Chris... some of them are utter crap and should not be used IMHO... :|

 

Which ones shouldn't be used? I have some Cult Society 30 and 40 mm ones coming along for my 928 Winterrader

I don't know the makes, but some of the ones I've seen have been rather poorly made/designed and you run the risk of pulling the threads straight out of 'em as soon as you start driving enthusiastically... :?

 

If it's got a TUV rating, then it's OK... 8)

H&R ones are TUV'd but you've still got to be careful when torquing them.................I stripped 2 of them this way! :oops: :mrgreen:

Get the H&R ones with the studs in them then, no problems with thread stripping then, plus it's far easier to change wheels when you have studs to locate the wheel.

nope! but I can confir, that they clear my new brakes :-) so they'll be going on at the same time.
