91 Corrado G60 engine not responding correctly

Recommended Posts

I have a 91 Corrado G60 and I noticed a strange engine behavior. For example i press the gas pedal and it responds like 1-2 seconds later or if I hold like 3k rpm and release the pedal it like stays on that rpm for a few seconds and drops to idle. And when you rev it and release the pedal it almost stalls sometimes. And there is a clicking/knocking noise. And car uses coolant, after each drive i have to pour some more, my guess blown head gasket. Anyway i'm putting a video I hope you will see everything.

Don't worry about the smoke, exhaust manifold needs to be welded. Edited by modeliuks
