more power from a g60?

Hey all, i want my power from my lump, its got a rallye outlet and a kn pannel filter, i dont want to put a small pully on as the charger isnt even a year old as my last one went bang, im trying to stay as close to factory for looks i dont want to start cutting my bumper or taking lights out.

Only way is smaller pulley and chip. Could go and spend £2K on full exhaust and head work and end up with 10BHP.

 

This is what I had done to my G60

 

Stage 4 supercharger

68mm pulley

Chip

Red top injectors

K&N intake

Ported and polished head

RSR outlet

Schrick cam

Vernier pulley

G40 plugs

Supersprint exhaust manifold, decat and supersprint system

Recirc system deleted

Bored out to 1.9, lightened and balanced bottom end and flywheel

 

Best time to mod the charger is when its new!!!

Ivegot a powerflow exhaust, and ive been looking into charge cooling, it looks cool and is a bit different

pulley is the easiest and cheapest way to more power , no reason a good charger should blow , learn not to smash it into the rev limiter and drive it with some respect it should be fine

I didnt drive it with a heavey foot when it went bang, oil feed line had dried up and caused it to go bang

Any mods to the the charger pulleys and mechanism to make it spin faster will decrease the lifetime of the G-Lader though - which isn't very long to start with.
