16v Engine removal/refit guide

Recommended Posts

Hi all, in the process of purchasing a barn stores 16v that hasn't got an engine in it. I'll be putting a 16v engine straight back in but I haven't done this before

Anyone else done it that could give me some advice? Or is there guide somewhere with step by steps. The engine was removed due to a stick throttle on the basis that they were going to stick a 20v engine in there. They then realised they couldn't do it so left it as it is

I'm going to fix the throttle problem and put the original 16v back in

Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Nah I haven't got a crane. Fuzz, you may need to come to my rescue....again. There's nothing missing as far as in aware. All the looms there. The engine comes with the new part for the faulty throttle. Not sure what's exactly wrong yet to be honest
