akacheesy 0 Posted December 24, 2015 I'm looking for a gearknob as VW have discontinued them and mine is beginning to fall apart. I see there are some on ebay for about £55, sounds too expensive to me and they're probably fake. Can anyone fix me up with a good used one or even better, a new one? massbad69 10 Posted December 24, 2015 The ebay gearknobs from Greece are original ones as I have bought one form him recently and it is exactly the same as the original one I bought from VW direct a couple of years ago. The only thing about the gearknobs now, is that the small plastic retaining clip that slides under the leather gaiter to attach it to the knob is discontinued, so make sure you keep your old one.
