Is it just the grub screw or the whole adjuster? May be worth contacting koni uk with the coilover model as lots of manufacturers can offer spare parts. I imagine you'd need to remove the whole assembly to replace it though.

According to a quick Google, looks like the strut would have to be removed and rebuilt? :(

There are a few suspension specialists out there who do rebuilds of racing dampers. Koni lists these guys on their UK site:

They should be able, at least, to tell you if it's feasible and what it's likely to cost. It might end up cheaper just buying a complete new damper, but it's got to be worth a phone call.

I took it to Sportsline which are a official Koni refurber they were only down the road as well which was handy and they had to replace the shaft as it has seized cost me £120 bit annoying but they are all fitted now with the eibach springs and the correct top plates which I managed to find it's been a bit of nightmare but got there in the end

Excellent - good to know :) Useful for someone else who may end up in the same situation in the future.
