So we are re-doing the engine loom and taking out all the stuff we don't need but don't know what this is with the yellow wiring?

Looks like the dipped beam coil to me.

 

Is it attached to the passenger side front wing?

Yes, After crawling google i now know it's a headlight resistor. thanks for the help that's know gone! :-)
