Less power

Hello,

 

I have a little problem with my 2.0 16v. It is feels half of the horsepower gone.

 

But sometimes when i accelerate i can feel i get back the full power because it is pushing me in the chair.

 

Engine nice and smooth, does not eat the oil. Throttle body cleaned, vacuum, air pipes checked.

 

I know really hard to say anything but i wanted to try maybe someone had a same problem or any guess what i can check at

 

home before i will take diagnostics.

does it ever smell of rotten eggs? might be the cat has given up

It has weird smell but not like a rotten eggs. Any other option how can i make sure if cat has given up?

 

Or any other idea?
