Dox 23 Posted May 3, 2016 We bought the above 2 years ago and its always lost coolant, its had timing belt, water pump and radiator and it still loses coolant on long runs. This is typical of head gasket failure on these cars, its now been replaced with a 2010 Scirocco. The car is currently complete and runs well - its the fastest PD diesel we've owned so almost certainly remapped but no paperwork to support this. I thought I'd offer the running gear here first as an engine conversion package before I strip and sell in bits and bobs, its a non air con car so lends itself well to conversion into an older car. Thanks Alex The car is currently complete, it's silvery blue in colour, the paint on the front bumper is crazed below,the grill, most likely from a low speed impact. Dox 23 Posted May 17, 2016 May swap for a down at heal Corrado. The Audi is MOTd until August, so major rush to strip it just yet.
