vwfil 0 Posted September 9, 2016 Alright guys and girls. It would appear that I'm gettin 0v charge from my alternator. Is it likely that the full alternator is dead or am I best off changing the regualtor first? Cheers Phil
VEEDUBBED 0 Posted September 11, 2016 Try changing the regulator pack first, Bosch alternator is very easy, 2 screws. Check the slip rings inside too, were the brushes rub on. If it still don't work, I'll see if I have a spare one.

VEEDUBBED 0 Posted September 12, 2016 (edited) Not by any chance going to Rome, Italy are you?.. Yep, I'm only a stones throw away from you mate.. Try doing what I suggested first, 99% of the time it's only a buggered regulator. Edited September 12, 2016 by VEEDUBBED
