Cold start problems

When cold starting my 16v 1.8 it has Some problems... It doesn't run very nicely and starts up veeeeery slow... Almost stalls a couple of times and if you tap the gas it stalls at the moment you press the pedal...

 

Once I let it idle for 5 minutes it's fine.

 

What could this be?

I'm very new to corrado's.

My daily is a MK3 1.9 TDI Golf so I need Some help! :D
