Late door panels in early car

OK, I have done a search and know I need these extra brackets

 

 

But I havent seen anything on how to fit them!

 

This is the door with these studs, it doesn't seem to fit the studs

 

 

 

Do I cut of the studs and rivet it to the door and if so where or is there another solution that others have used?

ah ive done this along time ago. the studs are the wrong place to fit them

it has to line up with the screw hole under the speaker grill on door card

i cant remember how i fixed it tho

I'm sure you wont mind if I strip your door panel off at LoCo ;)

Don't cut the bolts, they hold the bracket, just can't remember, if you need the two upper ones or the lower two. The scratches on the bracket should show how to be placed.
