Cressa 44 Posted September 23, 2018 i just really want someone to have a look at the car and tell me whether i have bought my self a money pit .... Ha ha definitely a money pit as all Corrados are. But there can not be many cars that put a smile on your face like yours will. If you don't want it to be too much a money pit then you can roll your sleeves up and get stuck in and learn. You will get free great advice and tips on here. Check your battery terminal connections. Definitely get the stereo out to ensure it has been connected correctly and the wires are secure. A common problem is the ignition switch itself, which is fiddly to do, but cheap and would rule that issue out and be peace of mind. Unfortunately engine swapping involves wiring loom chopping and grafting so try and check any joints you can find. Wiggle them whilst the car is running and hopefully you may find a dodgy one. 2. Rear spoiler could be the control unit which is an easy swap. 5. I can't help with but assume you have the correct level of fluid in there 6+7 I thought the reverse switch would be at the gearbox and there is a helpful guide on here about setting up the cables correctly to ensure the selector is correct. In all most of your issues have been on here b4, with the solution at your fingertips Good luck in sorting it, Cressa
