1990 1.8 16v swirl pot.

Recommended Posts

I would try these three mate in descending order.

All on facebook

Chris Ferry or username on here lilfuzzer

Brendon Moss of Dubstock

Mathew Palmer Mk2 golf spares

Here is a couple of threads that might help about uprating fuel pump or alternatives to a swirl pot.

Im wondering the Golf Mk2 16v swirl pot works or even the 8V swirl pot but as mentioned the Corrado has a different part number but the bracket is the same on both models that houses it to the underside of the floorpan.

Unfortunately chap it does help opening a FB account to source classic parts, mind you can just leave the profile blank or make up a name, no need to have your private details on facebook for the world to see.

Club gti has alot of stuff on there something about using a MK3 filter and Mk1 pump.

Thanks for the advice about Facebook, not found what I'm after yet, but options are much better

I know matthew palmer has one but one of the brackets is broken that holds either the accumulator or fuel filter. drop him a message but you would have to drill a hole and use a cable tie for the bad bracket.

You can always type in corrado breaking on facebook and see what comes up. Always pay via paypal for protection.

Good stuff mate sounds promising. It is a really rare part because it was only ever made for a 16V KR Corrado. The Mk2 golf 16V is hard to get as well but more common, I keep a couple as spare just incase.
