engine splutters and cuts out

Ok right here I go again yet another pesky problem with the rado. The engine starts and ticks over nicely for about 20 secs then it slowly starts to spltutter and cough and then just dies on me I ve tried everything Ib can think of so far and it still does the same. However when you disconnect the ecu vacuum feed it runs fine I ve tried another ecu on it and it still does the same with taht ecu when the vacuum hose is connected

 

 

Anyone care to have a stab in the dark at it???

Hiya darren came over and we finally got it sorted there was a break at the plug of the co pot so was massively over fuelling sorted that and it ran sooooo much better so I am happy again just gotta finisj bolting it together now and get a new seal for the oil cooler sandwich plate as it weeping oil still once that is all done I will go get it mot'd and hopefully it will pass 8) fingers crossed
