markmcie 0 Posted September 13, 2004 Getting a slight water leak from the G60. The plastic housing at the front of the block were the radiator hose connects needs replacing. Has anyone got the part number handy to save me the hassle when I go to the dealers. Also if anyone has the number for the drivers side rear brake line (the hard line from the bias valve to the caliper) cause I cant get the rubber line off for fitting my braided ones. Cheers Mark

Jim 2 Posted September 13, 2004 Ok.... copied and pasted from a PM by Henny when I had to sort the same problem myself :) 037 121 132B (the plastic flange) 357 121 140 (blanking plug for the 3rd hole) 032 121 142 (clip to hold in the blanking plug) N 903 168 02 (seal for either blanking plug or temp sender) If you decide to do the temp senders at the same time, you'll need 3 of these! Blue sender: 025 906 041A Black sender: 251 919 501D You are also worth doing the ones on the side of the head whilst you are at it.... The one on the side of the head is: 026 121 144 E (although A will also fit) You'll also need the seal, which is the same on both plastic flanges, so if you do both, you'll need two of: 037 121 687 Hope that helps :)
Henny 0 Posted September 13, 2004 I knew I'd typed it in somewhere, but I was damned if I could find it...

Jim 2 Posted September 13, 2004 If you want some advice, source the senders from ECP if you have a branch local to you as they work out to be half the price of VAG items and work exactly the same.. obviously if you need to get em posted to you, you won't really save any money! :(
