I very much doubt that. Fluid should stay in the pump until you press the pedal and push the fluid out. It will drain from the lines naturally if you just take the claiper off but I cant see the fluid being drained from the ABS and master cylinder unless you pump the brake pedal and dont put new brake fluid in the resivior (you basically suck air into the master cylinder then your gona have lots of bother getting it out) .

i wont touch the pedal of ignition until the new calipers and hoses are on, then hopefully no air will have back tracked into the pump etc
