Hello Low G Just got a full G60 kit on the net all bearings + seals + special coating and me and my girlfriends dad done the full thing in 5 hours. (which included taking the charger of then putting it back on) First time next time we do it we will be much faster as we know what to expect. when I done my charger the seals where bust not the bearings they were perfect that was on 45,000 miles so I think the 'charger can quite easily take a 65mm pulley (bearings I installed are tested up to 15,000 rpm) PS so anybody know if I need to change my chip if I change my pulley ??

Hello Folks, As I can re-condition my 'charger myself. I was thinking about changing the size of my pulley to say a 65mm instead of the 70mm I have at the moment would I need to change my AMD chip. If so has anybody tried that SNS chip yet. If I fit a 65mm pulley what will the rpm of the charger be and what PSI would I expect from it. Thanks for any help in advance

I've lowered mine around 60mm needed to change the chin spoiler to the 50mm number.

I am using a 70mm pulley and I think I am loosing a wee bit of power due to my exhaust not enough back pressure I am told.

This is what I've had done so far gives me around 210bhp/207lbs/ft torque so if I went higher than a stage 4 what figures would I be looking at ??? My best mod must be my Tarox 6 pot brake conversion. Tasty brakes and they look the business what more can you ask for.

What pads are you using had this problem when I was using EBC pads !!

With the front engine mount there is less engine movement can see this if you watch the engine. As for vibrations it doesn't seem to be any worse than the standard number ah think its been 2 years. PS I was told only to upgrade the front mount and keep standard mounts for the rest
