1. Thank you for your answer, but I am aware of the golf mk3 shifter and that it fits the corrado with slight modifications. I want to know the dimensions of the plastic guide, so I can design it in 3D and try to get it 3D printed
2. Do you know what dimensions are shifter bottom guide?
3. Does this conversion work for 91 G60 corrado ABS system? Is all the parts and wiring the same when converting from TEVES 02 to TEVES 20 on G60? Does any additional modifications need to be done?
4. I need PG 8V engine block in good condition. It mustn't be cracked or damaged in any other way. PM me if you have an engine block that is in good condition. Also I need PG pistons
5. Sorry, but Rome is a little too far from me. I have heard that engine block is almost the same as regular 1.8 or even 2.0 engine block. But I am not sure if that is true. Does someone know the difference?
6. Is the PG engine block shared between other Volkswagen engines? I am in need of another 1.8 PG engine block and maybe I can find a replacement from a different engine?
7. I'm rebuilding the whole engine anyway and I want to check if the charger is in decent shape and worth rebuilding
8. I recently took apart my G60 supercharger from 91 Corrado and it is full of oil and a bit of oil residue. What is the best option to clean the inside of it? Can I use regular engine cleaner or brake cleaner? I don't want to damage the supercharger, because it is really expensive.
9. I have a 91 Corrado G60 and I noticed a strange engine behavior. For example i press the gas pedal and it responds like 1-2 seconds later or if I hold like 3k rpm and release the pedal it like stays on that rpm for a few seconds and drops to idle. And when you rev it and release the pedal it almost stalls sometimes. And there is a clicking/knocking noise. And car uses coolant, after each drive i have to pour some more, my guess blown head gasket. Anyway i'm putting a video I hope you will see everything. Don't worry about the smoke, exhaust manifold needs to be welded.
10. A few days ago I started to have a problem my 91 Corrado G60 passengers side power window won't close all the way, there is a gap of about 2 centimeters(0,8 inches). I even tried to close that window with 2 people, 1 is lifting the window while the other is pressing the button, still the same. What could be the problem?
11. I cleaned the contacts with sandpaper first and then cleaned it with alcohol. It didn't help. It still doesn't work
12. Thanks, tomorrow I will try this
13. When I bought my 91 Corrado G60 prety much everything that was electric in the car wasn't working, I had to drive it to electrician(it started when you pushed it). Electrician forgot to fix power mirrors. How can I fix corrado's power mirrors, fuse is good, none of the mirrors work.
14. It mechanical version. Today I opened the speedometer and there's broken gear there http://imgur.com/DSImbWk I'm not sure if you can see it but the side is broken. I'm not sure how to fix it, and there was a metal spring that I couldn't get of the shaft http://i.imgur.com/4evBVqe.jpg . This is how clock looks like http://imgur.com/P057omg
