Got some new pics of my vr today, just polished after the weekend at inters with my new polish and badges, just need to fit my lupo wipers, fog lamp and number plates. I have decided to keep it fairly standard now as I didnt see many original ones on the weekend in similar condition. I just might have to get another one for a project next year if my bank manager agrees :D

I am a aircraft engineer in the RAF and I specialize in engines, but I still cant figure out those car ones, give me a jet anyday. :? -
VR6 I am running the avon ZV 1's on a 205/50/15 and I think they have been good on the roads up here. but saying that they are the first set of tyres with tred on that I have had on the c since i bought it 4 months ago, I am still comparing it to my mk2 GTI. :oops:

I have the avons on mine, they are good in the wet and not to bad in the dry so far, but will be changing to the toyo's I think next time.

I have just got back from three weeks in tucson, arizona and didn't see a single one :( . saw a few roccos, golfs and jettas but no c's. I am so glad to be back in mine. :D

This is going to sound quite sad, but my friend (honest) has said he is struggling to find a supplier for a black leather gator over the tintinet. He has said that he can find gators for all other dubs but not the c. If any one knows of a supplier can they let me know or should I just tell him to stop being so stupid and phone euro or G and S? cheers :roll:

hey guys, only had my c for a couple of months now and spent half of that time away with work, not good. It is a clean car with grey leather and it came with full VW history and 95,000 on the clock. The only "mod" so far is clear side repeaters but give me time. I am looking at some m3 style rear lights and the obvious exhaust, wheels and suspension at the moment but no decisions made yet. Will keep you all informed, and if any one has any suggestions please let me know. cheers.

I am 24 in july and have only had my c for a couple of months, at twenty I had an 8v mk2 GTi which I sold to my mate at chrimbo. -
nice wheels, was looking at them myself but don't think I will bother now, to many around it seems. nevermind must keep looking :(

hey people, can anyone help, what size wheels can I have on my vr6 with it lowered 40mm and still take people in the back or with a boot full without doing any archmods? cheers,
