kevhaywire, Been offered a throttle body off an Audi 100 2.1 5 Cylinder with K-Jet will this do the job.......??? :?: :roll: He also said : you will have to swap the throttle cable mechanism over with your car, the wide open throttle switch is the same on all K-Jet cars. Cheers Peter

I ve heard of people putting Audi throttle bodies on...?? (Ausi 80 maybe.....) Any one else heared of this mod.... think this may have been for a 8v thou but not 100% sure. Its the same idea as the weber....??? Cheers :lol:

Been offered a 16v corrado power flow exhuast system with a 3 inch back box for £80 pounds.....its 4 years old and excellent condition you recon i should buy it??

All the mounts we make are hydraulic. As i say i will need some sizes of the mount or better still an old one.

Audi use the switching mounts on the more expensive models like the A8 cars there normally always (ON) when driving but (OFF) when at a standstill i.e traffic etc. They use a Solenoid to change between the 2 properties. I refer to on and off as the power to the solenoid. My address is 7 Pewsham Lock Pewsham Chippenham Wiltshire SN15 3GH I own a 16v corrado would be greatful if you had one of these i could test too. Can i still send you one to test on a car thou as I will need some one to say there good to go on a VR Cheers :)

kevhaywire, Well if you sand me an old one i will see what i can do for you. I will send you the first one free if you give me a fiver postage. We make loads of different mounts we make alot of audi vw stuff. If the mount is good i can test it for you and try and keep the same frequencys to reduce the nosie but increase the stiffness. I can get all kind of engine mounts at i work for a company in that field what you after....??? Give me a ruff size and how stiff you want them and i can see what i can do all parts will be brand new

Just testing the water........ :?: I can get hold of brand new audi A8 V8 mounts Would any one be interested in very stiff engine mounts for engine conversions or racing etc...... :?: There dual switching engine mounts so with a fick of a swich you can stiffen them up. Peter

Yeah will do but not being funny but i cant get the blooing cover off..........!!!!!! :x I had a corrado dash in my mark 2 and that just pulled out but i fitted it a bit boge :-P

Sweet !!!! While i am taking to some one who can help......Do you know if the horn, electric mirrors and central locking are on the same fuse as they all don't work....... :( Got the car this week end its so beautiful.

I ve got a G reg 16v it has a cable change gear box. Selecting gear is a pain and the cables squeak i was told they need replacing as they are stretched.............?? the vw garage wants to charge about £100.00 for just the cables any idea where i can pick these up on the cheap....?? Or can i just have them adjusted.....?? Cheers

At last I am a proud owner of a RED Corrado 16v G reg. its beautiful the looks and the ride are 1st class and drive with a constant grin on my face!!! :D It has a couple of niggling things wrong with it .......The central locking doesn't work or the electric mirrors is this on the same fuse... hope its a fuse would be nice and easy..?? Also has a oil leak around the distributor and the rocker cover. I am taking it to my local vw workshop to give a good look over it being a 16v will they sting me for gettin them to change the rocker cover gasget ?? or should i just do it my self...?? Cheers
