hi. if welwyn is close enough my car has been serviced at chambers and gillies for last 8 years, friendly and very helpful / knowledgeable. Expensive? give em a call and decide. :)

hi i was recomended to not take car over 3000 revs before engine temp has reached 80c. regards

thanks for the replies. here is some spec : - the colour is brilliant black metallic. - covered 85,000 miles, - engine standard (recent charger rebuild at PSD - really good guys!) - dropped 35(ish)mm - Sat Nav. - errrr and lots of fun!!

looking very nice, i'll keep my eyes peeled for you - im round the hitchin area. also check out http://www.beedubs.co.uk (swfblade from this forums site) theyre a good bunch of lads and sort out local meets for the v dub fan!!

i went. met up with swfblade from this forum. some lovely cars there (some fantastic looking karmann ghias!) and a good vibe. shame about how few corrados were there - i think there must have been another show on somewhere :wink:

Hello Basically does anyone know where i can get hold of one of these (the 'leather' type that slide over the front of the bonnet). i've seen a few on corrados at shows over the summer but cant find any. cheers rodney :)

hello taken wheels off for first time to give a good clean. quite alarmed by how little thread is being used - compared to other cars i have owned. i have spoken to a couple of bods one of whom says you only need five turns when tightening (which i am def getting). the wheels are aftermarket 16 inch. if anyone can put my mind at ease before i do a 450 mile drive in a few days i would appreciate it. :) cheers rodney
