Are the g60 corrado and mk2 gti golf subframes the same?

Ah okay an even more extensive reply than i was expecting. Ill stick to the original one then, just that i found brand new mk2 gti ones on ebay for £110... Not to worry ill just powdercoat the one im getting off a breaker :) Thanks again mate very useful info -

Hey all, Been trying to research which would be better for fast road use. Found some posts where people say they can notice the difference with the wavetrac being better all round. But then also spoken to a well respected garage which claimed the wavetrac is a copy of the Quaife and there is no difference noticeable except the £200 extra cost of the wavetrac... Any thoughts / opinions much appreciated. Ben.

Cheers for that mate, all good info. That website could be useful in future but some funny prices on there... £82 for a 15" bbs rim and £170 for a door window seal haha... Messaging everyone who's breaking now to see if i can source one!

Hi all, My new corrado g60 has a 1.8 20vt installed and the original engine temp needle and rev gauge aren't set up. Can anyone give me an idea what would be needed to make these work as i'm guessing its not just a plug them in situation... Otherwise the previous owner would have. Thanks in advance :) Ben

After months of searching for a Corrado i have finally joined the club :) Thought i'd flaunt her at you and say Hello to everyone... Hope i don't annoy you all looking for help with stuff in future so sorry in advance if i do!
