These are up fairly regularly. Picked some up a few months ago and there's another 5 re-listed now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've always put Quantum Synta 10W/40 in mine but the garage recently replaced it with Quantum longlife III 5W/30. I was initially p*ssed of as all my spare oil is Synta but the mechanic I use and trust did his best to convince me this stuff would be better for my engine. I was worried it would be a little thin, burn more and cost more. Does anyone else have experience of using the 5W/30? Maybe it's better for the summer? Although I think Friday was summer here in Scotland! I've got a late VR6 with 96k, no overhaul as far as I know.

35. On my 2nd Corrado VR6 and bought my first around 2009. Never see any others here on the east coast of Scotland other than a recent Retro VW Scotland meet near Edinburgh.

Looks tidy mate. Did you get a quote back from MJ at all? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I concur! :pukeright::pukeleft: You really wonder if some folk know what they've got with mod's like that :bonk: Great couple of projects!

I think these are a bargain considering the price of tyres and centre caps alone. They're pretty hard to find in 1 piece and decent condition. If I didn't already have the 16" version fitted I'd be all over it :)

[emoji106] yep definitely interested in how much I'll have to save [emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah that'd be good! I did message MJ, it was one I was recommended too but didn't get as far as a full quote. Have u asked for door cards too or just seats? I was just gonna email a load of trimmers and see what sort of quotes I got. Where are you based? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've been after a full black leather interior for a while now, that price is ridiculous, I'm gonna get a full retrim from cloth to leather at this rate and these prices [emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks dude but I think I'm sorted now and will be hanging on to the original [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes I am. PM'd Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Haha, sounds interesting! I loved the CDA to be honest so not really considering alternatives. Will just bite the bullet and get a new one if I have no joy here [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

One last call to see if anyone has one they're looking to sell? [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
-
Hi Jekel, thanks for the offer but I'm gonna stick to the standard airbox n filter for now unless a decent CDA comes up. Sorry for the delayed response. [emoji1317] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ah ok, cheers. Full price is a kick in the nuts but for me it just sounds so much better than any other combo I've heard when you give it a blip and the fact it can still sound standard when pootling along! I was a bit hasty in selling my last one so looks like I need another overtime shift [emoji85] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Do you mean standard airbox with paper filter and the piece removed between airbox and headlight? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
-
Cheers Spen, I'm sure it was around that from Stealth and included the brackets and connecting rubber/pipe for the MAF, not sure if other sellers include that? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Massively. Cheers, I don't really put the foot down so much these days but at least with that fitted you can still enjoy the V6 purr! I've emailed Stealth to see if I can get a repeat purchase discount :bonk:

I got lupo arms (2 x driver side), blades nuts and caps all in for about £140-150 through TPS in branch. Was looking to buy 2nd hand originally but it's probably about the best money I've spent on the old girl.

After hastily selling my CDA due to plans of selling my Corrado (something I couldn't bring myself to do) I've realised I need one back in my life. Looking for one in very good condition please. Cheers.

Cheers Yanmack, I think it was re-reading Dougie 'Corrado Wannabe's' message that swung it in the end. Perfect logic :smug: -
for sale 1994 Blackberry Corrado VR6
matteusVR6 replied to matteusVR6's topic in Cars for Sale [Corrado]
Hi folks, sorry for the delays in responding! This was due to a combination of shift work and pondering! Thanks for all the positive feedback, I was genuinely looking to sell but I really can't face the torment of that decision at the moment and there are still lots of wee things I'd like to do (and bigger ones like black leather interior if a decent one ever crops up). Apologies if I've wasted anyone's time. Cheers, Matt PS. Is it possible to delete this ad? -
