I usually use bp ultimate. My commute is 6 miles so daily I drive 15 miles. 2 miles 50 mp/h road 1 miles speed bump and three traffic lights. Motorway and city it does 250 miles. I will clean the isv at the weekend. It was changed in May. I bought the aftermarket maybe this is a problem. Sorry Stuart how can I check the shutter?

I tried a find intake leak yesterday. I could not find anything but when i pushed(like blocked the pipe)the isv pipe what it goes to air intake the idle went back to normal. Isv shuld work all the time? Minde looks like is always open. I think mine wire loom is changed so maybe some electric fault on the isv connection. How can i test it? Stuart how many miles can you do with a full tank petrol in city? Mine has a kr cam and bigger manifold. Full tank petrol i do 150 miles. Do not feel too much.

Hello guys. I have an annoying problem on my 2.0 16V rado and I would like to ask your help to sorted out. She was alright at the summer. But after the winter starts i have a same ptoblem every morning but only at the morning. First on in the morning leave her 5 minutes for a bit heat up. I start drive idle is alright but after five minutes on the road the idle starts hunting as on the first attached video. (Oil temp around 70c) switch off the engine and switch on idle is not jumping but so high around 1500rpm. Afternoon it is alright. Distributor, rotor, spark plugs, oil temp sender and a coolant temp sensor for ecu replaced. So I do not know what to do. Any helps much appreciate. Thanks

Maybe you are right and it was for some extra equipment. Everything works as should. Ecu should have a ground point?

Hello Guys, I would like to ask your help. I have cleaned the connection points on my rado couple of weeks ago when i noticed one of my ground cable just rolled and hidden between my passenger arch and a screen washer bottle. One end connected to the battery the other end not connected. Cable is quite thick and around half metre. Anyone has a picture of the ground points? Any advice where is it from? I have a connected cable behind the battery, side of the engine, starter motor, genrator. Any helps much appriciate

Thank you g0ldf1ng3r. I have a drilled air filter house and KR cam, 60mm manifold. That is why it does not not work. If i take out the battery after it is works for a couple of minutes until it is not reach the 99.9. Do you have any idea for the other things? Thank you

Hello Guys, I have a cooling issue on my 95` 2.0 16v Rado since I have flushed my coolant system. Fun does not kick off on stage one and after run switch does not work. Or some reason the fan does not kick off after when the car stopped. Anyone knows the part number of the after run switch? Is it located driver side front of the engine? Single switch sit on a bracket. Where is the fan relay located? I am going to replace the fan control switch tomorrow. And another problem on my Mfa always shows the mpg 99.9. How can i check it what is the problem? Any help much appreciate. Thanks

Hello Guys, I have bought a new leather gear cover. I have tried to change at the weekend but i realized could not fit on mine. Google some pictures and realized mine looks different than most of the pic what i have seen. Anyone knows this is a custom made or why is not same as the original?
