Was wondering around a french supermarket and spotted these apperently "innotive" new wipers. They are aero style wiper blades with the standard fitting that just clip in place like all other wipers. Iv seen some sets on ebay with the blades and arms going for around £75. unfortunatly they didnt specify they were for a corrado but bought a set for my girlfriends megance coupe(which fit and work great) so bought myself the same set. havnt had a chance to fit them yet as still in france but can anyone tell me whether corrado wipers will be around the same size as megane ones. I know they will fit the corrado but not quite sure on the sweep. Oh and they are over 50 quid cheaper than the sets on ebay! Thanks

Yep thats my problem. only thing i can think of is just 'yanking' the whole door card off and getting a replacement. Any other ideas? Just to mention its a 1990 valver

My passenger door is not opening and iv been told i need to replace the lock actuator. Does anybody know how i can remove my door card to fit the actuator. Simple job to do if i could open my door, but i cant reach a few screws. any ideas? thanks

Hi hope someone can help. Iv had trouble with my central locking and electric window fuse as it kept blowing so i took it to an auto electrician. Apperently a few of the wires around my fuse box were fusing. I picked th car up last night and the bloke said it was all sweet but when i get home i found my passenger door would not even unlock now. Even before i took it too him, when i had no central locking both doors would unlock and lock but only in the door im locking. I took it back this morning and he tried to tell me that my lock actuator was broken and it wasnt him that broke it. Can anyone tell me wether the actuators are prone to breaking and where i might find one? iv tried GSF but no luck. Thanks

hi all, i was doing my weekly plymouth to warwickshire tip yesterday. When on the way out of plymouth i was stuck in traffic for about 30 min and my engine temperature hit max and the light began to flash. My oil temp went higher than iv ever seen it 130! I pulled over and turned engine off for 5 min. The car didnt trouble me again on the way home although i didnt really drop below 70 so the wind would of help cool it. Was wondering if anybody had this and wat mite be wrong. Also noticed winning noise coming from drivers side front wheel. Only seem to whine below 30 and wen its been raining?! would appriciate any help Thanks

Hi still in desperate need of a power steering rack for 1.8 16v. Its a G plate. Does any one know if this will fit? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 56846&rd=1 they found 2 sets of numbers on the rack but they are not very clear. They look like 1H2 422 081 A and 145 J27 1A 178. Thanks

took me over 3 month for them to get my RS wheels in.

having problems with my cooling fan on valver. when the fan comes on, alot of noise occurs. When i checked the fan i can clearly see there is too much play in it and it rubs on the casing. is this simply a job of tightening it? if so how would i go about this? or could the bearing be gone on it? would appreciate any help. thanks

hi everytime my fan kicks in a very disturbing noise appears sounds as if the fan is loose and rubbing on everything. any ideas on the problem and price of new fan? thanks

hi, im been having trouble with a leak from my pressure pipe from power steering pump to the rack, I went to vw dealers to buy power steering fluid they sold me the green one, same a gfs where i went previously. When i got my pipe replaced mechanic at independant vw specist told me that my c needed the red fluid so drained it out and replaced it? is this right? if so does anyone know where can i buy the red one from? cheers

hi all, got a problem with power steering pump and i apparently need a new high pressure pipe from the p.a.s pump to the rack. i got a quote for £14.1.42 just for pipe, does that sound right to you? sorry its for a 1.816v 1990 thanks

HENRY - So do i not need to connect any wires to be able to tune in to 88.0 fm via my radio to listen to the tv tuner?

I wasnt to sure about the fm modulator wire.. where would i connect this wire to the ones coming out the back of my headunit? I tried using only the white connecter but still no sound, and also just the red one...

Track=true They only have 1 audio phono lead coming out of it but i need to wire it up to my tv tuner ( http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... RK:MEWN:IT ) and dvd player which has both left and right audio inputs. I get the picture alright but no sound! Im not very electrically minded so have no idea what to do! Can anybody help me out please? andy
