The chin spoilers came in 2 sizes. RAC managed to whack mine off (ooh Mrs) so I billed em for a new shallow one. VR's upto 94 had 90mm chins and 94 onwards had 50mm chinies. IIRC

John, what's the difference between the quiff and the Pelly? I thought they were identical where the 02A is concerned? Yeah they are mate I was just meaning the entire package, ie parts pack and customer service not to mention the price. Youve got PM Kev!

I can vouch for these little beauties as being all of that and the rest, better that Quaife, cheaper than Quaife and come with complete kit. If you are thinking of uprating your power then this IMO is a must have!! Unfortunately the pound at the mo is at its weakest its been for a few years I think, but pennies really in the big scheme of things. Ill dig prices out of rebuild etc etc if any you peeps want them!

Just checked with a supplier and that number doesnt appear to be listed could you double check that Olly ?

Yeah ive ben down the road of uprating with a walboro only to find that it was considerably smaller so it rattled around like a prick in a prozzie.

Just been told by my friendly neighbourhood Steelers that if i want to replace my Fuel pump that I will need a new type of sender unit aswell as the pump has been superseeded! This prices up in the £160 region, :shock: does this ring true with any of you peeps?? VR6 94 plate engine type RK003160

Well youve gotta hand it to em that is some cracking performance on a shoe string comparatively speaking next to Cor VR6. Styling: Love the look of the front end and that I am afraid is all I can say that pleases me in that department! For me its got to have the complete package performance and styling all round thats if you dont want to be selling it 12 months down the line after doing a vaste amount of tweaking thus loosing a fair bit of cash!! But as they say Horse's for Course's and thats alot of Ponies for little pennies!

Just a quickie does a 94 VR6 have an oil pressure sender fitted as standard ?my assumption is no but would like to double check before I order as im gonna fit these little beauties off FleaBay!

Oh deary me, my bonnet cable has been pretty crap for a while now and yesterday she finnaly gave way. I used to have to pull the grill out of the way and reach under and pull on the bowden cable (both sides) to release the catches. Whilst doing the aforementioned technique...(see bodge) the cable came completely detatched from the clamp end so now im left with one catch permantley engaged.....erh whoops and other more colourfull words plopped out of my mouth when this little incident happened!! Erh any pearls of wisdom peeps ?
