Rad sensor is used Coolant sensor 4pin and oil are new Inner felt used Scuttle rubber is in pics it’s the one that goes on rainwater tray lip. Just done my power steer pump, job itself easy, part not easy, bought off ebay from reputed supplier £78.00. Double checked the 535145157 part number cross checked with Reg. No. Etc.the image did not look correct but accepted would be ok. It was supplied incorrectly with the pump drive hub being too deep and in the wrong position. Had to push the hub off, machine 5.5mm from the rear face and 2mm from the front face and then pull the hub back on to 41mm hub front to mount spacing for correct alignment. If you don’t want that problem the Current VW part no. is 6N0145157 exact same as Polo £296.00 + VAT plus surcharge £100 + vat Have got my old pump for £30.00 if it helps. Ebay supplier credited £40.00 for my trouble, which was appreciated. Regards Graham

Did a complete shell dip in Jenolite solution on mine before the welding repairs over 2 years later without any oxidising in meantime when just sheeted over outdoors. I do have a vast quantity of good used & New surplus parts for the 205 GTI 1.6 if you need any, just PM me and will send photos.
