Just came out this morning to fine the valve caps on my new BBS stroked. On the car all of a week. I am so p1ssed off to say the least. How much do these cost?. They're probably on some little sh1ts BMX now. :x :x :x :x

Agree with FurkiG60, apart from getting your charger rebuilt(R1 I recommended), you will get an excellent service from Darren at G-Werks. I have the proof of the pudding(no pun intended!). Baz.

VR6-er, hopefully around the 230bhp mark, will stick it on the rolllers when its broken in. Thanks Steve, its fun alright, though I do think a new diff, gear box, clutch and tooth-belted pulley aren't too far away. I think a trip to Gti International is now on the cards for next may. g-master, its very hard not to. Gav, I'm not really into the cosmetics, but just in case recommend any products?. Finally I have to recommend Darren THE G-man at G-werks for all his help and advice, top job. Bilal's SNS chip and pulley is pretty tasty too. I'll post up some picks when she's washed and polished next week in the Members Gallery. Later.

Ok where do I start. Got car back this morning, Charger(R1) and Red Injectors from Darren.....wow!(Don't worry Daz, keeping it under 3000rpm when I can). Head, manifold & throttle body polished, ported and big valves by Race Power..awesome. SNS Chip and 65m pulley from Bilal, thanks mate, can't find a flat spot yet. Intercooler from Pace. I think I need a new Diff and Gear box now, doh the money pit continues. Big thanks to all of the above, oh and Gav for the uprated loom 8) 8) 8) . Pics to follow, Baz.

forcefed_vw, The Intercooler fits neatly, battery still fits in original position. I've had to buy a couple of pipes from VW and my mechanic has had to make some up himeslf also. The reason I didn't go for the Samco's was that anywhere I rang was giving me a 2-3 week wait. I actually didn't realise the extra cost of the pipes! Baz

Thanks aposegil, In friday mode, so took the plunge again and invested in my money pit for the umpteenth time and bought the Reiger eyebrow spoiler and grill. Hope its easy to install, and it fits my '91 C. Baz.

The grill and Spoiler they have on offer is only £72 yet Venom charge £110, what's the difference? and which one is better quality? Cheers, Baz. :?

Good news Struan, Got the Samcos myself and had to buy a part off VAG also. Didn't realise the extra cost! Lets hope for the 225+ with the mods. Talk to you after the rolling road when the engine and charger are run-in. Baz.
