im having some problems as well, in 1st gear once im at 2000 revs, the car judders back as if it temperariy loses power and then carries on up the scale. Can anyone explain y?

uim looking to put some more power in my 6v as well, im being advised to gas flow it and change the kams- we had a race last night, a mk2 with 2.0 16v conversion at 185 bhp, a corrado g60 stage 4, a corarado 16v, and at the back a pitiful Jap crap toyota celica I pulled out 2nd with some carefuil driving but in terms of power i was left behind the gold and g60 Need more power, but for a reasonalbe price.

let us know when the parts through please mate.

The look on the guys face when he saw my rado. heh heh/ One thing ive noticed is that, bordeaux pearl is quite a rare colour, and it does get a lot of notice. I think he was trying to work out y the car sounded like a v8 heh heh

is that the posh guy, cos he was a good bloke. Very friendly, and he didnt mind too much that i was kinda off my head at the time. i think he found it rather amusing(not alcohol related) Aye, the posh one :) He used to write for Car magazine a lot before he started on Top Gear. yeh i have to say mate, james may is a top bloke!!! not bad, if i parked as u parked the car there, id fear that when i turned the engine back on, the old powerflow would blow the windows out of the cafe... heh yeh nw10, hanger lane, thats not even that far, how often u hold em over there, and is it pure v dubs
