  1. I would definitely use it, but i would not want to pay for this sort of info, as it will be available somewhere on the net. But, if its a good site, and user friendly its def the sort of thing that could catch on. For income, on top of advertising, which will purely depend on the number of hits you are getting, you could also get paid for linking to other websites e.g. in the section for how to change your suspension, you could link to the major suspension supplier websites, or even act as a seller youself.
  2. Ofcourse, but then again id prefer to buy a low mileage one with fsh. And pref with no accident damage, repaired or not. To an enthusiast, i doubt it will make a huge difference, after all its the spec they would be looking for, and im sure yours will get a hell of a lot of interest.
  3. Well you asked, its just my oppinion, the spec of ur car is excellent, other than those 2 points.
  4. cat - d and high mileage, it would prob be better off buying a low mileage c, and do a complete transplant to get the highest value, and break the rest of this one. BUT, on ebay anything is possible, and theres a vr with cream leather at 6000 at the moment, so possibly 4k upwards.
  5. Louie Lungbubble, Who's the gay guy in the pic? lol
  6. im in the same boat, but with a fiat punto. They offererd me 800, which imo is 200 less than the market value. Not as bad as your deal, but from what ive experienced, if you play hard ball, at some point they will have to settle, so just be patient, i wouldnt settle for any less than £2000. And get your rims back! Or buy the car back, if possible.
  7. Holes in the road? Sorry to hear bighairymuppet, have you notified the police?
  8. Oh and a beesting would be good too.
  9. Debadge, deep splitter, deep eyebrow spoiler, clear side repeaters, rear reiger spoiler(top of rear windscreen), mk3 golf gti side skirts, single wiper conversion. Then slam it on wide 15 or 16s. Job done.
  10. ok the gear knob has come loose from the leather. I am restitching it now(or trying). I notice thta the leather attaches to the gear knob via a plastic ring at the bottom of the gear knob. How on earth do i get the leather back in there.
  11. So, does anyone know how to re attach the leather to the gear knob. I cant seem to get the circlip off.
  12. Ive taken the plastic surround out, but i want to know how to remove the actual gear knob on top. Also, what are the 2xelectrical plugs for under the surround. cheers in advance.
  13. Yeh sounds like you could be right.
  14. Misvw, just hope your dad isnt reading this.
  15. Well go then! Or just buy one, you can get one for about £20 in uk.
  16. sheesha or hooka. Its flavoured tobacco(apple, mint, melon etc), the smoke is filtered through water(like a bong). You never been to edgware road? Or turkish/morrocan/arab restaurants?
  17. Me and my bro in egypt, shmoking the pipe. (shisha, not crack)
  18. slam panel, u need to remove bumpers and wings(i think) to get it out, cant remember.
  19. They do make a huge difference, also im planning on spraying it black or going debadged, which imo makes the car look much meaner front the front. Plus im not a big fan on standard! IMO corrados need to be lowered, dif wheels(flush with arches), dif rear lights, dif side repeaters and deeper skirts(e.g.mk3 gti ones, which dnt give aftermarket look) to match the deep front splitter.
  20. nice, (IMO) could do with a deep front splitter though, ive got one with splits on the sides that i can do for the price of postage if you want.
  21. Mine is dark burgundy pearl, or purple for short.
  22. The front splitter? they are around 50 quid from gpc, i think. Im sure u could find a second hand one on here for a score though. And they are screwed in, my last rado was too low to get to them so had to remove front bumper, which isnt tricky.
