    theres a guy on the pinfold industrial estate in buckley who does a lot of restoration work on older cars, he used to have a VR6 he's got a golf rallye now, he also does a lot of work for james edwards of chester he's restoring an aston martin there at the mo he seeems to do good work (well i bloody hope he does) or i'm setting his unit on fire :D

    going from the fiat it'll feel like a rocket, hell walkings a move up from a cento thing :D yeah j were the first ones, should be ok they were built really well and i've seen mk3's with 140k miles on goin for similar cash good luck

    i've had a mk3 gti as coullstar says they are gutless and very softly sprung, i had a mk1 gti and two mk 2 gti's before the mk3 and i didnt keep the mk3 long , just hasnt got any edges to it , its just a family saloon with a gti badge imho give me a mk2 anyday 8) the mk3 was nearly new that i had only 15k on the clock so i had no hassle with it

    nice c mate, i have a bike for kicks hence the user name 8) , its difficult to answer the question whether to sell or not because no one knows the exact cicumstances but i can understand the versatility of a pick up esp as you dont need a car i would be looking for at least 5k for that c and it would be criminal to let it go for less than £4800 ish, lots of dogs out there fetching unreasonable money, yours looks at sounds 100% straight and unmolested, i take it the interior is cloth ?

    i found this rattling about in the rear cowling of the hatch, what is it ??, is it important ? everything seems to work ok without it, rear wiper spoiler etc if no one knows its going on ebay :D :D cheers paul

    mines a daily driver but i only work 3 days a week although its a 60+ miles round trip, if its nice weather i'll use my bike for work and mostly when i'm off i've got the missus mk5 golf that i use ( the only mk5 at ed 38) :) despite what people think its an absolutely brilliant car 8)

    this is my bro in laws new car , i took it for a run last week, jesus that thing is so fast and corners it like its on rails... amazing if you ride a bike , then you know that "buzz" the 911 is there nearest i've got to it on 4 wheels
