HAD IT FITTED TODAY EVERYONE... said i'd let u know how it went!!!! fitting took bout 1hour, nice snug fit, only had problem with screw in sensor at front of de-cat pipe (they made it bout 1" too far to the right). Its not at all too loud at all, my acceleration is great all the way through it looks and sounds superb. just as id hoped... Thanks to all u guys who reccommended milltek and JMR. :D

Dont know who that is but a mate of a mate sold a vr of that description to someone from IOM 4 weeks ago, if thats it its a minter, had loads of money spent on it has upgraded everythhing and sold for £8,200. I believe it is a US spec one. it was in fleet for 5+years. :)

Crickey i started an emotional debate there for u guys, always good to hear varied opinions. End of the day i payed less than 320.00 for the system (delivered) which no other manufacturer could match and im confident its going to be excellent value for money because im not willing to test a 500.00 system cos its everyone to their own- i am kind of hoping its not excessively loud though. like i said, once fitted i'll get back to you. thanks

Yep cheers G-master. did look into magnex like u said, but JMR offered a SUPERB DEAL that magnex was no where near matching. 665 I think the journey for me is 1hr 30+............ for an exhaust fitting. :? He has been the master so far though. Wil need all your same good advice and experience for discs and pada soon. be prepared.

Spoke to john today and purchased a de-cat and system from JMR. U guys advised me about 3 weeks ago on exhausts and i must say he was very helpful and keen. so thanks for your reccommendations chaps. hope to have it fitted within a week, i'll let u know how i find it.

hi mate, thats fairly reasonable if its fully comp and your main vehicle. im 23 wiv no no-claim, on lmited mileage, a 2nd car and on a g60 its 1900.00. i think group 16. try adrian flux, they are keen to beat quotes. insurance companies..... :twisted:

I have g60 as a 2nd car with all my ncb on my first vehicle (which im unable to transfer to the g60 policy) its garaged, nice area, limited 5000miles premium 1950.00 :cry: I hope whatever insurance ur going to pay, my situation will make yours feel all that much better. Good luck. -
Those nissan vannette carrgos are good value for money mate, if not, u cant go wrong with a transporter (and not cos its a vw-there jst solid van). Good luck in your search though.

Ah, u should be ok. do small area at a time with a light spray, agitate gently with softish brush and wipe well with rag. once its dried af ur not happy use same method again but let the cleaner soak a bit longer. red leather is a bit of a strange colour to clean? never seems to look clean? even after being cleaned.? Hope this helps a bit 4u. though

Keep at it mate, look at as many as u can, i looked for a month at 25+ corradoz(AND WANTED FOR 2 YEARS) and when u see THE ONE for u, u will know. try not to be too fussy. engine and FSH is more important than bodywork for cars that age.

How much did u spend mate and what did u get for it? im looking to go there myself shortly. do they have a rolling road there at all?

Dnt get wax on the the rubbers in the 1st place!!! - only joking. Yes use any cleaner and a real gd scrubb. dnt use any autoglym vynl dressing unless all the wax is gone. Dnt use washing up liquid mate. if all else fails post back and il give u a trade secret... good luck.

Andy- thanks mate, judging by ur car history u have good experience with corrados,so, im liking the idea of a magnex at the mo. How do u compare your old g60 to ur vr6 mate cos thats what i wanted but the insurance dictated otherwise? and whats ur opinion on powerflow? TO ANYONE. Jst brought a G60 (j reg) always wanted a corrado and im real pleased with it (so far) only had it 4 2wks and was hoping u gentleman cld advise me on a quality new exhaust system please. Still learning my way rnd the forum - its all new to me. OH, and hello to glenn- who i brought the car from as i think hes a member? :D
