    Teledial alloys?

More suited on a MK1 Golf I reckon.
  2. Go them today...£2.70 at the stealers.
  3. Lol, and theres me thinking it was real. Looks like you had a few of us fooled!
  4. Any suggestions or recommendations :?: :?: :?: Needs to be suitable for a daily driver, therefore I can't go too low.
  5. Like them Design 90's and thats answered how they would look on my car! How did you go about getting them to fit? Adapter plates or changing the hubs? Also what suspension is it sitting on?, it looks just what I fancy. As mine has gotta be a daily driver.
  6. Today I found the company to lower my car.Its in my home town! They have a £35k state of art laser machine that will set camber, wheel alignment etc The question is what springs and suspension to buy?? Only got about £350 for this
  7. I want to get my C lowered. Can anyone recommend somewhere in the North East to do this job. I want to get a good job done.I also want all suspension parts checking over and will replace them where need be. I prefer to take it to one place and get all the work done at once, rather than messing around.Preferably somewhere that can set the camber and tracking up aswell. Any ideas welcome.
  8. Phoned Stealth with no joy. Not any immediate rush as the car is actually running ok. I just want to have one as back up incase the old one dies. One of the "valves" is sticking inside. This is causing the engine to run on for a couple of seconds when the ignition is turned off.
  9. Yes 2.0 16v. Engine code is 9a.Had a look on the GSF website but there was nothing listed. Been quoted £860 plus vat from the stealers! Cheers
  10. cost £58 and I have been told I need a new distributor and....a new metering head  . Not a problem getting the distributor but the metering head is going to break the bank! Are there any alternatives??? Anywhere sell re-con. ones? Can get one from the scrappy for £50 but could be false economy in the long run. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
  11. Anyone know of anywhere I can source them.My car still has the original carpet mats but no grippers.
  12. I reckon neither! £3600 has to be far too cheap, esp. with that mileage. Must be a total mis print. May be worthing phoning up....looks very nice.
  13. ...I have drove a Skoda Oktavia RS with a Revo re-map(212 bhp) and Honda Civic Type R (both are mates cars). Found them both to be impressively fast and very nice to drive. Even had the pleasure of watching them go toe to toe (as passenger in the Type R on a private road!). Oktavia quicker by a whisker. All in all both very nice cars (bought for around £12k) but......(hand on heart)....I would honestly still rather have my C! (bought for a quarter of the price!) Nowhere near as quick and not even as nice to drive.....but after washing it and nipping out to get a takeaway...I was thinking this car is 10 years old and I love it!, even if I could afford to spend more money on a car......I would still buy a Corrado!
  14. Got in the car this morning and a creaking noise was driving me crazy! Turns out to be the sunroof! Once opened or tilted the noise would stop. Once the interior warmed up, the creaking also stopped. Any ideas to prevent this?
  15. My M plate has the flat one too, not as nice IMO.

    Aerial Base

Sorry...mis read. I was talking about the aerial mast.

    Respray

Gotta agree.£2000 is more than enough to get a good job done.
  19. Sprayed them and put them back on(for now).Post pics when my new lights are sorted.
  20. I appreciated what your saying but can't afford the expense at the moment.I think if the gromets are small enough and painted white they will look ok.
  21. Want to get things set up properly on my valver. Anyone recommend somewhere (within 100 miles of Hartelpool) with a rolling road and also a good knowledge of K-Jet systems???
  22. Removed them with the intention of spraying them white.Upon removal and a fair bit of polish, the rear of the car has came up very well. Don't want to go to the trouble of filling the holes in and getting the back sprayed professionally but I do fancy the idea of leaving the badges off. Any know of an idea to fill the holes without using filler? ie, are they any gromets available, that I could paint myself and then put them in the holes? Other suggestions are welcome!
  23. I just paid £3000 for my M plate with 90k.Its it very good nick, but I think I got a bit of a bargain.Would also think that you been "darn Sarf" it should also fetch more money than "up North". Without seen the pix I would go £3600 o.n.o
