Picture of the coilovers (yes i know one topmount is upside down ;o) ) They're TA Technics, i havent got the correct c spanner to move the rings properly but have sprayed them with plus gas and got one moving with a spare spanner. You used to be able to tick scrapped on the logbook yourself and send it off to the dvla, then dispose of the shell however you wanted. on the new style logbooks there is no scrapped option, the only way of telling the dvla that you no longer have the car (ie stripped for parts) is to take the car and your logbook to an ATF (authorised treatment facility) where they will notify the dvla for you.

iirc sport models sometimes come with a sport pack that has slightly lower suspension. Best thing to do is get some part numbers off your existing setup

Abs is in full working order as far as i can tell (light goes out correctly and no strange noises when braking etc)
