cheers Jim lad.....how much roughly should i be paying to get both frontt wheel bearings changed??

hey guys, ive just changed front wheel bearings in me mk2 golf...got it back from garage took it for a drive and the tracking is well out now..would this have messed up me camber setting too....at this stage should i just get tracking done , or 4 wheel laser alignment which does the tracking and camber? cheers peeps !!!

i believe the stoker crank can cos upto a couple of thousand pounds, however getting it supplied and fitted for a very reasonable price...too good to pass up ......hopefully ive been told the crank with the lighteded flywheel and boared out to 3.1 will give me an extra 40-45 bhp.

charging the car at this moment is too much money....getting the above work done at fairly good mates rates.....will be supercharging it for next summer

Hi guys....i have a mk2 golf with a 2.9 vr6 lump...at the moment id say the car is around 210 bhp...going for more power so i am going for a stroker crank with lightened fly wheel and boar the engine out to a 3.2 vr6......have been told this woul add around 40-45 bhp ....so that wud take my car to around 250 bhp....has anyone done this or heard of it ...and would i gain an extra 40-45 bhp ??? also would i need to re-map the car once all this work is done ?? many thanks in advance

hey guys just ripped the fuel line on my mk2 vr6....some stupid a55 debris on the road.....anyone have any idea how i should be paying for a second hand fuel line>>>>....cheers

oh yes forgot to mention.....coolant level is dropping

hi guys.......have a mk2 golf vr6...over the past few days as im drivin the car there seems to be coolant smoking from the radiator...ive had a look and cant see any leaks on any of the pipes....the smokin appears to be coming from the whole radiator....im guessing the radiator is knackerd and needs to be replaced.....??? is that the case.....many thanks in advance.!!!

Hi guys, over the past week my mk2 vr6 seems to be having idiling problems, whilst im driving the the car doesn't seem to be as smooth as she should be, the best way i can describe it is that it feels lumpy and rough almost like the cars coughing, also as i start the car up the revs shoot up past 2000 revs but does come back down to normal after about 30 seconds...whilst the car is ticking over if i turn the lights on or the fan heater on the revs shoot down and the car stalls....anyone have any idea what could be wrong, any help abd advice is greatly appreciated....many thanks

when starting my mk2 golf vr6 in the morning, the power steering works intermittently until the car is warmed up....any idea what this could be...thanks in advance !!!!

Hiya guys...well 2 weeks ago had to change the hall sender...car was then running sweet up until about 4 days ago....loss of power and drinking alot of juice...i was thinking maybe its the lambda sensor...put car on diagnostics and never found a fault,,,have been told could possibly be air flow meter as this wouldn't show up on diagnostics....and would the car loose power and drink alot of juice if this was faulty.....any help and advice would be greatly appreciated....thanks
