Cheers mate, So will any Wheel nuts fit. I dont mean locking nuts I mean the actual wheel nuts/bolts
-
  Right Ive got a 94 2.0 16v, its currently got a set of League 075 15" with 4 wheel nuts which are 8 sided, And require a special slim line socket to remove the nuts as the wheel nuts sit in too deep. Well a local tyre exhaust centre snapped the socket to remove the wheel nuts with an AIR GUN. Therefore I cant remove the wheel nuts/ Can no longer buy the special socket to remove the wheel nuts as this type is discontinued having been told by League direct /Cant hammer a socket over the top to remove them as I can only just fit my car key in the gap between the wheel nut and the entrance to the rim. The local tyre centre that commited this crime hammered and chisled 1 of the wheel nuts out today taking them 2 and a bit hours, 4 in each wheel x 4 wheels a long time to remove. I have a set of AZEV A rims going on but do not have any other WHEEL NUTS TO REPLACE the others with. Will a set of alloy wheel nuts from VW suit AZEV A 17' rims. But before we get to that Although its not my fault about the socket snapping how else am I or the the tyre centre going to remove the wheel nuts Im not bothered what the 15" League look like once removed. I want the Azev's on and the other wheel nuts removed. And a new set of wheel nuts for the azev's. BUT WHERE WOULD BE THE BEST PLACE TO SOURCE A NEW SET OF WHEEL NUTS ?

I need a steel rim 4 my raddo asap.If i go to the breakers will any 4 stud vw rim fit? Tyre ripped off my alloy down the motorway, brown pants moment and 1 trashed alloy.Fortunately no damage to the raddo or any 1 else, but the alloy rim is f*cked.Suppose the azev's will have to go on over the winter rather then the summer as planned. Not all bad. Any 1 know about if any 4 stud vw steel will fit a raddo ?

What is meant by kr cams and inlet also whats a 50mm inlet, are any of these appropiate mods for my 94 2.016v ? if not what are :D
-
A mate of mine is stripping his 205 gti, and he has a set of nearly new twin 45 webber's I am tempted to invest in these but am unsure which other mods will go well with these, as with the price of running the car on these but they do sound great. Or am i best sticking to injection, cams, head work, inlet manifold/ 4 branch and a chip.? With all these mods tho I doubt il even be close to vr power. So would it not be best to convert to a vr. I mean at as quess the engine mods will cost me in the region of maybe 2k-2.5k any one know how much it costs roughly 4 a vr 2.8/2.9 conversion :D

Cheers 4 the advice people, Am I right in saying that my 94 2.0 16v has 136 bhp or so ?
-
Hello people, I have a 94 l reg raddo 2.0 16v.Being new to the vw scene I often hear people mention digifant/k jet I understand this is the type of injection system your car is fitted with and i often hear of various engine coding for certain bottom ends and inlet manifolds. What Im asking is can anyone tell me what injection type my car has aswell as which engine model I have. Or will this info be in the owners handbook? Also can people suggest of various engine modifications I can do for a bit more poke,or do you recommend a vr swap, my current engine has covered 142,000 full history/service 12 of the 14 stamps being vw. The engine seems healthy and quite snappy but i would like a bit of extra poke. any advice welcome.THANKS :D

Thanks for your advice people, so good points made there. Cheers for the offer neilg60, Isee wot people are saying you want quality spend the money. You want low get coilovers You want a nice ride/handling - koni/h&r set up- or a decent set of coilys Thanks people, now its time to order new top mounts/nuts/rubbers etc from vw cant wait till she's low :D
-
Been looking for a while now for a decent suspension upgrade although im tempted by the fk set up i dont really know to much about it.I often hear koni and h&r set up is the 1 2 go 4. How much is this set up and where would i purchase this from? Also what is a better package in terms of ride handling for my 2.0 16v 94 raddo, also i want a low looking raddo to sit o my 17" azev a's. Whats the beeter kit koni/h&r or the fk's
-
Im soon to order a set of fk highsport coilovers for my raddo Its a L reg 94 2.0 16v. Its covered 140,000 and as far as i know the suspension and bushes top mounts and rubbers are all still original. So im thinking of adding from venom motorsport a complete polyurethane uprated bush kit all round. Is this wise? Also I'd like to know what else would need replacing or what would be recommended by you guys what to change. As if im going to take the old shocks and springs off i want to do the job properly. YUour tips and advice much needed thanks :D :(

Thinking of removing fog lights, and relocating indicators. Do I buy headlights with indicators in? or are these unavailable. If so is it a case of modding the headlights thanks, also do you peeps have any pics of this mod

ive just purchased a set of asev a's 17" 7.5" wide and want to lower my corrado without any arch mods at present its an l reg if that makes any difference with the rims catch the arch at all ? thinking of purchasing fk high sport coilovers. any 1 have them if so what are they like ?
-
mulberry or blackberry is the nicest shade in my opinion, biased because i have just brought 1 and had been searching for over a year to get 1, lovely colour especially when the sun hits it
-
so guys your saying in order to fit 5 stud porsche or audi all you need to do is fit the hub adapters and simply bolt your wheels to them? i have a set of audi tt rims, pcd of 5x100, and i have been told that i need 5 stud hubs for front and discs for rear and custom drilled for the front. but all this can be solved withhub adapters true or false thanks
-
It has been brought to my attention that there is another way to covert my raddo to 5 stud, Buy the 5 stud vr6 rear discs. And buy 4 to 5 hub conversion front adapters with a 15mm spacing in order to fit my TT rims. What do you people think of this way to convert my 5 stud rims onto my car ? What are the hub conversion kits like. Ive seen them advertised in venom motorsport at £150 i take it thats for a pair :D
-
adapters? didnt know they done them cheers m8,
