Of course VAG parts would be nice, but my wallet isn't that big  Some R tires would be nice, but I'll wait until April when the winter tires come off to see if I can afford some  R tires for 16" can be quite expensive (smaller wont do if I use the Brembos...) /Carl

I am trying to recondition my corrado for some track days and weekend fun. During the winter month I would like to redo the suspension which is starting to feel a bit slopy. What parts should I replace, and which ones do I dare to get lowprice? (ie GFS) This is what I am thinking: Koni shocks H&R springs wishbones powerflex bushings in the front OE bushings in the rear top mounts (front and rear) top bearings ball joints swaybar links and of course a wheel alignment! Did I miss anything? What parts should I go to the stealer for and what do I dare to buy from GFS? Also have some Ibiza R brembos just laying around on a shelf in the garage ;) /Carl

Anything to clean up the enginebay ;) The charger is out for service, and the battery is out so I could clean the enginebay. Catchtank is going in so I don't have to clean the intercooler and pipes any more ;) (don't think any of the previous owners EVER cleaned the intercooler...) /Carl

I'm guessing your RHD cars have more space there than our LHD? /Carl

Hello, Picking up a catchtank next week, and I would like some ideas where to put this thing. There really aren't many places to place this thing. Where have you guys placed yours? /Carl

There is a bunch if info if you do a search. From what I have read, there isn't much to it. It should fit with only minor monifications. /Carl

Never mind the size.. Found them in ETKA. There are 3 sizes: 628x377mm 628x322mm 525x322mm What size are you guys using? (seen a few posts about Polo rads used for chargecoolers) I just measured, and I think there is a possibility to squeeze in the largest one. but it would suck to get one that didn't fit :) In the ETKA picture it looks like the inlet and outlet are on the same side? Maybe obvious, but is this thing dual pass? /Carl

Hello, I'm collecting parts for my chargecooler project. I would like to know the size of the Polo radiator? And as a bonus, it would be nice to know what volume of water it holds? /Carl

Supersprint manifold vs Milltek Hi Flo downpipe and porting

Shouldn't there be some flex in the exhaust system? It's hanging by rubber hangers, right? Sollid front motor mounts sounds like a good way to get some unpleasant vibrations. /Carl -
Mine does the same thing! (although I haven't changed anything) Takes quite a while for the temp gauge to move up, and when it does, barely goes over 70 degrees. Oil goes up to roughly 90. After 20 min i heavy traffic, temp goes up to 90 and oil a little higher, 95ish. Seems to stay around 90 in traffic, so I was suspecting a stuck-open-thermostat. But you guys seem quite sertain these problems are the sender? /Carl

 nice! Another thing I need to put away money for... "things to get" list is getting way to long.. Is it possible to get a "partial kit" with just the intercooler and brakets? /Carl

Pictures please! :D /Carl

I'm about to block off the boost return, and I would at the same time like to get a catch tank. I have searched, and from what I understand most of you guys just attach the catchtank to the breather, and then a filter on the catchtank. I have also read in a few places that having the breather connected to the intake creates a slight vacuum in the engine which is good. So, for example, I get the Mocal catch tank, can I connect one connection to the breather, and the other to a connection on the block off plate (I've seen this on a few block of plates). Would this filter the nasty oil from getting back in the intake and at the same time create this little suction I want? Is my idea faulty? :) Overbuilt? Not needed? Inspection here does not like venting the crankcase either, so that's another reason I'd like to get "filtered" breather air back into the intake. /Carl
