  1. Riley - You've hit the nail on the head mate, that's exactly what has happened, it's as if the hairs are growing from the carpet & seats.....where do I get the pad from ? Goldie - Not sure what lakeland is ?
  2. ']['H3R4POR - Thanks dude, sticky tape will take hours, off to Asda tonight to buy a lint brush...... Any other ways of doing this ? Andy665 - Wish it was that straight forward mate!!! CoxyLaad - where do I get these sticky pads from ?
  3. Some of you may be aware that my Storm is in the for sale section. Not too fussed with it selling now as I've managed to buy myself a nice cheap car that has lots of room for shopping, pushchairs and luggage. The only problem is that the last owner had a dog that has left dog hairs all over the car seats and carpet...with so many of these car valet places opening up around the Birmingham area, I thought I'd hand it in to one for the clean up. Charged me £50. Car is a lot cleaner but the hairs on the carpet and seats are still there. That dog must of gone bald and lost all it's hair in the dam car. Does anybody have any tips on HOW TO remove pet hairs from seats/carpets??? Please help!!!
  4. Just read through the article, Makes me proud to be a Corrado owner!!! Forwarding to all my mates who own French and Jap cars with no character whatsoever.... I think the next move from a Rado would need to be a Porsche....... Hold your heads up high fellow Rado owners....that article has put a smile on my face even if some of the info is incorrect...130mph, yeah right!!!
  5. Things I would check, fuses, which you already have, Relays, especially 167 I think, bottom right (fuel pump relay) Take it out and reseat it, see if it makes any difference. They are relatively cheap anyway, eurocarparts or dealers, whichever you prefer. Could even be an immoboliser problem...but check the above first. Bet it's something simple, but you're right, cars can be troublesome, sometimes I think I was better off on my pushbike..........Not!!!!
  6. Starter Motor? - no expert mate but if it's not firing at all then maybe the starter needs replacing.....not sure though because the problem is intermittent....sure someone will give you the right advice.
  7. Lol, thought you were keeping the original exhaust ? Magnex.........
  8. How about different types of exhaust available for a RADO.......just a suggestion: My Magnex.
  9. I want to see red leather in a RADO.....!! Preferably a black Rado with red leather....... MTC - Thanks for the comments. Has the suspension arrived yet ?
  10. MTC – I rate you dude, can’t believe you’ve done all this on your own. Interior looks great, would of gone for beige myself or to be totally different, red leathers…Imagine that, black car with red leathers, like the red nappa leather you get in the BM’s…. does anyone on the forum have red leathers in their corrado ? MTC - lowered + Rims = phat looking ride......good luck with the rest!
  11. That’s why they call him the Jailor I guess....well he does need to put some miles on the clock, attending a show could be the perfect excuse  Don’t keep the car hidden away mate, bring it to "the world at large" - I'm sure many would be keen to take a look.
  12. The car looks absolutely stunning, IMHO one of the best corrado's on the forum....would love to see this in the flesh….next time you’re at a show, I’ll be there……very interested to see Kev’s car too also a personal favorite….keep up the good work. P.S. - Some of the pics will be kept for desktop backgrounds on my PC, hope you don't mind.
  13. The loss will be heart felt.......................
  14. YEAH MTC, and why is your bonnet open ??
  15. Okay cool MTC, point taken..........Just click! Mr Sands - Classic Green.....
  16. MTC, cheers for the advice dude but you only have to click on it, not read it, lol.....by the way it's Auto Trader!
  17. I've read somewhere on here that the green VR's can easily be badged up as Storms, grill colour coded and there you have it, a Dragon Green Storm, of course you need the interior too...... Still not a bad price for a leathered up VR.
  18. Good opportunity to put some miles on that C of yours, drive down and collect.....only joshing!
  19. If the green Storm is genuine, then £3,995 is a good price.... http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/WWW/ca ... O&variant= storm&keywords=&min_pr=75&max_pr=&mileage=&agerange=&postcode=b11+1th&miles=1500&max_records=50&source=0&photo= 1&sort=3&ukcarsearch_full=SEARCH Anyone seen this ?
  20. VR6 - Thanks for the advice. Walesy - when you look at parkers guide or any other guide to car values, it gives you an idea of 'what's it worth' in poor condition, good condition and A1 condition. Ofcourse, without viewing, it's difficult to value a car accurately. I only wanted to get some sort of idea of howmuch I should advertise for and what forum members would pay for one that is in good condition, good, IMO. because it's a specialist motor, people who are looking for a storm have an idea of what they would want to pay for one. If I was to ask a trader, the cars worth £1500, therefore I ask the advice of Corrado owners to get a more accurate market value that will attract the potential buyer who can then arrange a viewing and determine the condition for himself/herself. Thanks for the advice guys, I'll advertise for £4,750 and see how I get on.
  21. Yep, it is supposed to be about my car, from the above responses, between 4 - 5K which I’m okay with. Anyone disagree with this? Constructive criticism is welcome. Just the thought of her not being there when looking out my window is genuinely upsetting but decisions need to be made even if they are harsh.
  22. looking good dude, just needs to be slammed now.....tail pipe has really come out well. Found any wheels yet? some highly polished 928 rims for sale, see parts for sale.
