depends on how much you have lowerd the suspension ? they will fit fine but if lower'd you might need a small spacer to stop rubbing on the strut on the back unless you have coilovers -
sounds about right to me know :lol: 1800 11.6 psi (Great for stock pulley, probably needs new apex strips if 68mm pulley) 2000 14.5 psi (Great for 68mm pulley on stock charger)

but your tag line says you drive a vr6 ? the rsr style outlet is deftinatly worth it imho for all the reasons mentioned above....

if you are running 18psi you need to upgrade you injectors very soon ! what chip are you running ? i would say there is a VERY good chance you engine is running lean at these sort of boost levels running std injectors

roc oil do a spary to check for this who did the rebuid ? is everything fine .. did the car go in or did you refit the unit yourself..?

if the outside temps were 29 deg mate ignore the reading cos even with a fmic you still gonna get heat soak in that heat!!

unless you have a well ported charger you will not benifit from porting this unit if you have a properly ported charger you will need to match port the outlet to the charger ... which outlet do you have is it a early one 6 legs of a later one 3 legs . if early remove 3 legs and flow the others if a late one just flow the 3 legs so they look like a plane wing if you know what i mean...

if you want to fit the manifold you mention above remember you are going to need to change the engine mounts too .. you are going to have to fit upgraded ones otherwise you will ripp the manifold..

with uprated charger a 65mm pulley would be fine! as long as you have the bearings/seals to handle it as to the font mount loosing gas aka boost.. this is wierd because the headers should be full of charge all the time are is the design of the cooler suited to the g60.. what size is the core header tanks etc? and how tight is the bend coming of the charger. you are right the 65mm will give more boost so should give that low down snap you are after but imho there shouldn't be a flat spot there mabee lookat some of the piperuns etc ? have you got any pics of the install gazzag60

nige these outlets come on the golf g60 with aircon not the corrados mate you know the ones which have the intercooler sitting in the enginebay next to the rad..

gofor the steel one mate but when you put it on make sure you put some copper slip om the shaft to stop it corroding on.... they are better than the ally ones for quite a few reasons one of them is that the ally ones wear and the grooves on the pulley can sharpen and end up damaging the belt..

not at all i have a set of 17" - 7-1/2 winter wheels mate i personally feel the 17" arent as good ride as the 16" but then again they aint a smooth as the 15" ... :lol: imho if you want to run a 7 1/2 inch wheel et35mm you are better going for a 205 section tyre as they fit this size rim very nice with no arc rubbing etc.. only down side is that you loose a bit of rim protection on some makes of tyres...

7's just dont fill the arches right though do they! :lol: 7 1/2"s with the correct offset will not rub and still run a 205/40/17" tyre on them.

hello, i have today been speaking with Bill form badger5 and he has aggreed to a group buy on these kits if anyone is intrested, it would need at least 6 serious buyers and the will work out at £410 for everything you need for a easy bolt on conversion... the only down side is that at the moment Bill is only able to offer the 4x100 conv as he says the offsets between the disc on the hub is wrong to be used on the vr6... If any one is seriouslly intrested please contact me and i will sort this group buy.. as i say i need at least 6 people for this to happen ....
