Wot a shitter, like you say though it could turn out to your advantage, tis a cool colour supprised all that dirt dint protect it a bit more though!! lol :multi: Did I see my car on a couple of those picies, they look very familier 8) -
Yeh I've had quite a lot to do with the guy, my car's bin on his rollers four times and my car's very healthy, he's a funny guy cos when you first meet him he seems a bit unsociable but after the cars tuned he's like really enthusiastic about it, talks you through everything give advice etc 8) When he looked at my injection system albeit an old one he was spot on, he had all the equipment to check for pressure drops in the system etc so yeh I'd take my car back there 8) Timeeeeeeeee (sorry) Seanasie

Anyone else find that Scirrocco owners are moody...
Seanasie replied to dub envy's topic in General Car Chat
Well I've got to say that as the owner of a Mk I Rocco, most other Mk I and Mk II Rocco (and Golfs) owners are ok and will or wave or flash back but I've never had a Raddo (or Mk III, IV or V Golf) reciprocate, guess I just haven't come across the right sorts then! 8) -
All I can say is some people have got it and some haven't!! 8)
-
Sounds great,be good to see you chaps again supercharged we'll have to lease when/where to meet 8), what about 2CC? :multi::multi:
-
Yeh very good Pauli, brought a smile to me face 8), i'm up for a copy of that dvd too eric 8), so who's going to the rolling road day (out of the chaps I went to Karmann with?) :multi: :multi:
-
Oui!!, I'm slill alive and kicking thanks lol 8), has Kieth recovered from his birthday bash yet, or did he have another one at the weekend? I want his piccies!! 8)
-
Hi Ritchie Found this fourm too, that picture has got to be the most used one, tis a good un though :multi: , have you seen some of my piccies on 'partying German stile'? Nice to hear from you again 8)
-
Why not buy a DD that's totally different, like Suzuki Jimny soft top, great fun off road and in the snow, limited mileage policy on both to keep costs down 8) and cos I use the Rocco at least once a week too 8)
-
Hi guys, I'm glad you all found the piccies amusing and hope they invoked some good memories, they certainly did for me, couldn't wait for them to be developed  Yeh Pauli I'm still polishing the Rocco, got some serious work on the drivers front wing, it's got the rot monster well and truely in residence, from the inside too so now it's come through it's too late :( apart from that all's ok. Wish Kieth a :new-bday: from me 8) ,have you given yours a scrub yet or is there still writing all over it? lol Any picture from any of you guys would be greatly appreciated especially the ones taken on the move 8) Seanasie

Hi folks, just a few picies of you (some of you) larking around on the most excellent Karmann trip 8)
-
It's about 610Nm Eric, I think the journey from Osnabruck to the Nurburgring would be a two dayer with an overnight stay? 8) Seanasie
-
Yeh I'm definately up for another trip next year especially with the Nurburgring included, we'd have to do it after an early night though, not with the echos of Timmmeeeee in our heads, I've also been invited to the Nurburgring in August 8), I've got to say the VRs engine noise is rather addictive, dint get to go in Erics car so I can't comment Seanasie

P.s Jim I think you did a sterling job of driving Erics car despite the fact you confused the hell out of me when we first met at Harwich, very confusing, so how many times did you grab the door handle when you went to change gear? 8)
