i have had my g60 off the road for a couple of months , i insured it today and went for a cruise, came home and went to start it a couple of hours later and the starter solinoid was clicking like the battery was low but then smoke started coming from my front drivers side goodridge brake hose, which i prosume it was earthing through, i kept mucking about with it and it then started and is fine now except a buggered brake hose, anyone got any ideas?

it seemed to come out quite easily as i had'nt noticed it was out as it had not come off the box intill i went to put the bottom ball joint back in and it was out of reach as the shaft was out a bit, it goes right back flush to the box but it can slide out without any force

iv just replaced my front bottom arm bushes with poly ones which was a right s**t of a job, while i was doing the drivers side the driveshaft came out a bit from the gearbox, a pushed it back in but there does'nt seem to be anything keeping it in, it slides in and out quite easily ,it does'nt come right out only enough for it to dissengage the drive,any ideas would be greatly appreciated

iv got goodridge braided hoses all round and the caliper seemes free to wind in , if the brake adjuster was sticky this might cause binding but you would think it would make both bind?

i was running a 63mm pully on ported and polished charger with isv re-router and was running 17psi then put a piper 268 cam and only getting 12psi, this confused me and when i questioned my supplier its cos the head is breatheing easier so no boost backing up to give high readings, now im 190 bhp which is not bad i recon .

mine did the same after putting new pads in a couple o months ago, drivers side kept binding then it seemed fine intill a week ago when the rear pads on that side were done, i freed off the caliper and replaced the pads and seamed fine intill yesterday same thing its binding again, if you find out the problem will you p.m me . if i figure it out il message you , good luck.

im in the middle of building a corrado track day car, iv fitted a saab 9000 carlson 2.3 turbo in the rear , its fitted in with the cage nearly complete,suspension is fitted and ready to start wiring, the engine when running in the saab was 307 bhp with boost running at 25 psi, im running 10 by 15" compomotive alloys on back and 8 by 15" on front, i need to find wheel arch extensions for the back about 4.5" wide, does anyone know where these type of things can be bought?
