Does any one have a step by step procedure to removing the aktiv amps? I have no idea where they are or how to remove them. I realized that these are what are distorting my sound quailty. :mad:

It could quite possibley be the cd changer. I do have a normal ISO plug.

Is it possible to wire a non-din style radio in my rado? My last stereo had the DIN unit. What does the DIN plug do? Can I fit my new alpine in? Its a CDE-9852 Alpine.

I searched for this but didnt find what I was looking for. I want the wide look without looking ugly. I also want the staggered look with thiner spacers in the front and wider in the back. What is a good number for the back and the front? What is common to give it that WIDE LOOK? Should I go for Eibach or H&R? or something else? Also what type should I buy? they have differnt kits.

I have a similar problem with my 92' vr6.. I get about 15-16 mpg average... That seems very poor. I do rev it up every once and a while but when I drive very economicly I still recieve about 16mpg in the city. The highest my mpg has gotten was about 23 on a open road with no traffic.... What is the problem with my car?

But on a up sweep and then a back sweep it will clear it nice and clean? Is it solid when it goes a faster setting?

LHD? VW dealers really have aero wipers for rados?

Sometimes when I start my car the oil light will go on. Not the oil temperture but the oil level(little oil can). I am currently using 10-30 full synthetic but by engine only has about 40-50k on it. When I went to buy oil I was thinking my car had 140k but after I bought all the oil I remember the engine has 40k and the car has 140k about. Anyways, I was told it would be fine to put 10-30 in. The only problem I have had is that little light keeps coming on when I start the car and it will continue to blink. But if I turn it off and restart it, the light will go off. What the fook? Reason I put it in interior is because I am hoping it is just an electrical issue. I am eventually going to take it into a mechanic friend. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!

Well, I don't know how this actually happened. It was obviously a hit and run because there was no note and just a big dent near my gas tank and my right rear tailight. It could have happened at a party I was at on friday or brekfast on saturday but I didnt notice it untill saturday night. It made a big dent and chipped paint away near the gas cap thingy. So far all I have done is fill in the chipped part with EURO RED touch up paint. Do you think it can be pulled out? What shall I do? I think I will probably just leave it unless there is an easy way to fix the problem. I hate how my car looks in flash pictures... its all pink. Also my pictures are terrible because I had to down size them to make em' fit. How do I avoid cutting off portions of the pic to make it smaller?

I have been looking for aero wipers ever since I saw them on us ebay. I can't find them anymore but I did find a euro single wiper coversion that is a bit cheaper even. How well do these coversions work? My wipers right now suck because they just don't clear my window properly. They skip a portion right in front of my face. I want to buy the single but I have no idea if it will work better. PS the wiper is made by Storm I believe. I know I probably could have searched for this but thats quite a bit of work...

Well, I figured out how to take out my stereo. All you have to do is simply take it out... I always over complicate the situation. I was trying to take off the plastic surround and I ended up pulling the entire thing out. I don't know how to make my image fit( to many pixels.. How do I make it smaller?) Also, I was wondering if anyone knew where my distortion could be coming from?

Is there a stock amp in the rado? My speakers have been distorting since I replaced the stock ones. A employee at a audio shop told me it could be an amp causing this distortion. He also said the old speakers only had a positive and the new ones have +/-. Anyone expierence this? Also I need to know how to take my stereo out. How do you do it? What do you need to unscrew (what panels, consoles, etc..) Also, what is the circular plastic thing in the truck near the spare tire once you take off the carpeting? THANKS, Nick.

Lets start off by saying I have NO expierence installing a supercharger. I have a vr6 engine /w about 40k miles on it in a car /w 135k miles. What I want to know is can I install it myself? What components am I neededing to buy? Are there cheap kits out there? Could I do the entire process for under $2000 american? Is it worth it? what are the downsides? about how long would it take for a unexpierence novice? I have been looking at VF engineering because it is so tempting but the price is horrific!!! Where can I get a good kit for my 92' corrado vr6? I want to get the lowered look but also a good suspension. I would perfer one that is made for the corrado vr6 not a corrado/jetta/gti/vw bus/lawnmower.. I don't have all the money in the world but I want something that will basically replace my suspension quality but also lower the car. It doesnt need to be better suspension but that would be a plus. My main purpose in this is to lower the rado.

Where is the oil filter? and where do I pour the new oil into? The converter thing? Thanks.

Ive changed the oil on other cars myself but the corrado looks a little cramped. How many quarts of synthetic engine oil do I need? Do I have to lift the car to get to the bolt? I need a how to on changing oil on a corrado VR6.

The paint looks really nice and not faded. Maby its just the shade but my rado is turning pinkish on me...

Does that red rado have a carbon fiber hood or is it just painted black or both?
