Richard Dawson

Worked for Volkswagen Group for 45 years. 14 years in a dealer as an apprentice, mechanic, workshop foreman and service adviser. Joined Volkswagen/Audi in 1983, Spent 5 years in Customer Service. Whist there,  looked after the 6 Audi Sport Quattro's in the UK. Spent 18 months as a technical trainer, then join Audi Marketing as the Product Manager for the Audi 80. Joined Volkswagen Marketing at Polo and Corrado Product Manager, the as large car Product Manager, Passat and Sharan. Retired in 2004 due to ill health.
