Beleive it or not but with abit of Autosol, It comes up a treat.... I was thinking off replacing, but previous owner replaced exhaust recently!!! So shame to waste it....

My mrs was asking me that too the other day... Haven't cleaned it up yet.. :roll: I was scraping paint off lower lip spoiler, worst thing i ever did was paint it!!! Gets caught all the time and looks sh*t painted.... Rather stick to plastic look 8)

I just can't help taking photo's of it!!! lol.....:) Now all the body work is done, my next step is probably a set of coilovers... Does need lowering!!! Then a nice set of rims to finish it off:) Looking for something special, nothings caught my eye yet... May just get the speedlines polished and live with them for a bit!!! Mate... I found the G60 to be worse on fuel than the Vr??? Vr's more of a cruiser than the G60... What sort of funds you gonna have to play with once you've purchased it???

Reading through your thread I may have the answer to your question.. I'm no expert but although the chains have been done, you would think that any tappett noise would be out of the question!!!! From your description I think I'm suffering from the same problem, I have been diagnosed with replacing the Oil pump!! With mileage they do wear from the inside which creates starvation of oil to the cam, hence why it's intermitent and becomes more apparent why the oil warms up.... Im soon to replace it once I get round to it... Cost me just under £100 from ECP. Hope this helps

about a week, really... they didn't rush it either, as I told them not too! There was alot of work involved with mine though as every panel seemed to have rust dotted here and there :roll: Anyhow let me know... If you do want paint work doing, I can sort it out for you...

I previously had A 3dr 2000 - wreg P1... Now that was an awesome car!!!! Fast as F*ck and nothing really can catch you in it. I used to upset alot of people in mine, especially New m3 owner!!! :) :) :) I've drove a standard one, which i thought was ok!! It was a sport wagon version... But i've seen loads upforsale with silly bhp figures... I do think the Japs are the way to go for performance...

These guys I use are proper pro's... They've just done a bare shell respray on a Porsche 911, Changed the colour from White to black... Seen it finished today and beleive me STUNNING!!! Had a damaged Audi S4 in 2002 spec.. Car was rolled 3 times!!! When I first saw it, I presumed it was there to be stripped for remaining parts... NoNoNo.... They panel beated the roof, replaced 2 rear quarters and repaired doors including all front end... Cstomer collected it yesturday and You'd never of told it was subject to that sort of damage... These guys work miracles....
