Spicy G60

I wanna replace my PAS pump on my 92 G60 and was wandering if anyone knows where I can get a OME one cause VW have told me they no longer stock them. Can get a re-con one from euro car parts but have bought stuff from there before and not been overly impressed with the standards :( Any opinions/advice welcome Thank you

finally got the grill painted just painting the headlight surrounds now. Hopefully be on by monday. :)

I've found my stock debadged style grill. Its colour coded at the mo i'll stick a photo up 2nite to check its the grill people are suggesting and then i'll try get it painted early next wk with the head light surrounds. Hopefully it'll look just dandy. :)

I'm running 25mm spacers when I had my 8's on it fitted fine. Had to do slight arch grinding to get the 9's on and they sit bl**dy close to the rear axle beam thing. Lol if you've got 8's or less they'll fit fine.

Hum. I'm liking the smooth gloss black idea. All my bump strips are off so only really got handles that are left black. Why are decisions never easy. Lol :)

I'm sure i've got a stock debadged grill in my shed. I've been trying to find it but need to empty it and sort out what i've got in there. Chris I did go was a good show had the Mrs with me so didn't stay as long as i would of if i was on me own. :( Read in another thread you couldn't make it. Pity considering you just got her looking sorted. We defo have to work something out with the shows and a banner for next year.

Hello People. A woman reversed into my car and luckely didn't do much damage but my eyebrow spoiler got the worst of it so I've taken it off and replaced it with my stock grill but with a painted badge (the chrome one looked a bit bling) but now I'm thinking I like the stock one better. Just wanted a few opinions before i make my mine up to order a new one or not.

cool i wanted to get the manifold changed at some point. Maybe i'll look into getting a tubular one from Dal. Think from most of the replys here its not really worth changing the pulley till i've done everything else and i'm looking for the last little things to up the power.

I've got a FMIC all ready. I'm saving to get head and cam's done but was thinking of changing to the smaller pulley at the same time.

Hello people I'm currently running a 68mm pulley on my G60 but someone told me there's a big difference between the 68 and the 65. Was wandering if anyone had changed between the two and noticed a big change? Thanks for any help.

does anyone know how to change a power steering pump on a k reg G60 and how hard it is? I wanna change mine but don't know whats involved.

Does anyone know the actual rules on the placement of your front number plate? Ive had my front bumper smoothed and had the plate mounted on the off side under the bumper which was knocked off due to a monster speed hump so had it displayed in the front window. I've just got pulled over by the police and told it must be mounted on the middle of the front bumper not underneath as i had it. I didn't argue with him but I'm sure it can be mounted anywhere as long as its not obstructed from view. Any help on this will be great.

I need some help :( I've just bought a late interior for my early corrado and the electric wndows and mirror switches are different. I've found how to change tohe mirrors from early to late but cant find anything for the window switches. If any one coulds help me with this I would be very greatfull Thanks

I know this has prob been asked a millon times but I've got a 92 Corrado G60 and wanna get some porsche front calipers with the 305 discs. I've heard you can use seat brackets and discs but i've read so many threads I'm really confused on what ones I need. Can anyone thats done this tell me what parts I need (part numbers would be really helpfull) and which porsche calipers I should get. oh I'm running 8x16 D90's on the front. Thanks for any help.

My oil cooler is fitted where the standard intercooler sits.

I just fitted KWV1's and I love them. Had avo's on my MK1 and they were poo compared to the kw's. Got mine running very low and the ride is firm but not back breaking and ride feels very controlled even over big compressions.

I noticed the same thing with my one. Just fitted coilies as well so I'd say it was normal. They sat fine before I droped it.

They defo do them I was gonna buy a set of a bloke but he kept messing me about so I gave up in the end. Found a photo in the porsche wheels sticky but bit hard to see the lip on the rim.

I love my new coilovers. :D I drive this every day like this. Dont like speed humps though. Got kw v1's very nice no rubbing and not a bone rattling ride either.

Cheers guys. I tried a sticky pad thing from halfords wasn't much good so think I'll have a go with the loctite stuff.
