Spicy G60

Has anyone got a set of 9X16 D90's? I'm running 8x16's on the back and wanna change to 9's to try and gat a bit more of a dish. Do the 9's have any more dish than the 8's or is the extra inch on the inside?

My rear veiw mirror fell off the other day. Well not really true, what really happened was my spoiler stoped working, so I did the first thing I always do and check the fuse. And when I saw a blown one I jumped for joy :lol: only to knock my rear veiw mirror off :( . I've tried a few things to try and stick it back on and I cant get a solid fix. Its always bouncing about whilke I'm driving and really annoys me. Any ideas on something to stick it back good and proppa?

I got a bentley manual on cd from ebay for £3.50. Have a look think they are on there all the time. Best 3.50 I ever spent. Dont think its as good as a Haynes manual though, pity they don't make one. :(

Yeah I'm after a front strut brace saw some really nice momo ones ina F**d tunners but when I told him I wanted it for a "proppa car" he became very unhelpful. Cant seam to find them on the momo site either :(

I gotta go with G-man on this one. He fitted a massive intercooler to my rado and it was fitted much better than that used a rallye u bend I think. Made a lot of difference as well.

I've had 145 out of my G60 felt like it had a little bit more but a distant police car convinced me to slow down. dont think he would of been to happy with me passing him at that speed. :lol:

It might be the fuel pressure valve/none return valve on the fuel pump. Had a simular prob on a 88 cab I had. Sometimes it would start fine other times nothing. Was a bit of a pig to change especially in the road on a jack in november but cured the problem. It keeps the fuel pressurisd when the cars not running otherwise it can evapourate in the fuel lines and cause an air block or something like that, and then it won't start. think the pumps are the same for the 16v and the 8v but I could be wrong. might be worth looking at though.

I know this is kinda going over what people have already said. But I've just got some KW var 1's and a set of H&R anti-roll bars. Was waiting to fit them till i had the money for some powerflex bushes, Kinda having second thoughts about the bushes now. Just wandering how many people are running them and really how harsh are they? i dont mind a hard ride but don't want to completly ruin it.

My head is strating to hurt with all these numbers and codes. Think I'll print all these off and save it for when I get my engine and box done and see what Darren reckons.

Don't know if this helps but I got H&R adaptors on mine and the've got a code round the side starting with H&R then a load of numbers.Yours might not be H&R's if you don't have any codes on them.

Man this is gonna be very helpful. Will all these boxes fit straight on the g60 engine?

I get a lot of probs with wheelspin in 1st and 2nd as well running a standard G60 box. Was gonna go for the VR 1st and 2nd but wanna get a G-werks ported head and 1940 bottom end so dont know if the VR cogs will do the job still or if a whole different gearbox would be better. Dont wanna change it twice.

yeah I was thinking that it could sit a little lower, but think i'll need coilovers to get it to sit better. Its already been lowered 40mm (I think) could really do with some 60mm lowering springs. Does anyone know if they make them?

you cant do that its my secret location. mind you could get some good ones with both our cars?

Hi everyone. Just thought I'd stick a few photos of my corrado up. (Its my first one) Just got it back from G-Werks had chaager serviced, RSR valve, 68mmm pully + chip. And got some polished D90's for it. (Had a mishap with the tyres and got 45 profiles not 40's doh) but think she looks quite nice.

Hello People. I've seen a set of wheels and I've fallen in love. There Brock B1's I was thinking of getting 9x16's on the back and 7.5x16 on the front. Does any body know if the backs will fit and what off set i should get. my car is lowered but only 40mm i think. Thanks for your help.

Hello guys and girls Just wandering if anyone can help me with what a boost return pipe bypass kit is and if its worth buying. There's one on e-bay but don't know whats its worth so don't know what to bid. I'am a complete novice when it comes to G60's. I've only had mine 3 weeks. Any help would be very helpfull.

Your beast will be killer quick when its finished. Cant wait to race them at pod when there done.

Hello everyone. I've just bought a 92 G60. The only thing is I wanna get it serviced and I want the works done i.e timing belt, oil all the fluids changed etc etc. (just so I know its all done) I all so want a stage 4 charger rebuild. but I dont know where's best to take it. I've heard Stealth racing, G-werks and jabba sport are susposed to be good. Any opinions?
