  1. Well I can only see one the in graved "|" mark but I am trying to look TDC mark and its a 8v if helps
  2. I have checked fuel pump and it seems that the fuel pump was not screwed down but floating around, currently I have set it down and locked it down by twisting clockwise and align to marking. Is screws required?
  3. THANKS, I been going CRAZY for about a week trying to figure this out. also do I crank the engine clockwise or counterwise and I seem to have a vaccum hose diconnected on my throttle hose connects to ac/multi is this a required hose?

I am trying to set my timing on my 1990 G60 Corrado but I a stuck because each time I line up the timming marks on the crankshaft pulley with the intermediate pully it does NOT line up tdc on the flywheel marking "|" also I have removed & replaced the belt (damaged)and the crankshaft bolt DX with locking washer(center)recently. and have sent the dizzy at 12 O'Clock and replaced spark plugs with firing order @ 1-3-4-2 with notch at 12O 'clock. And recently each time at I turn the ignition switch on it cranks about a half turn and dies out.
  5. I am not able to turn on the car because of timing issues, but I was able to remove the screw using a small flat tip driver. THANKS
  6. I checked the idle screw using a mirror like you said , :D and to my surprise I found the screw suck all the way in. :shock: Now what should I do?
  7. huh, really because I remember I replaced my fuel pump and the sensor is screwed up or something, because on my cluster the fuel guage go up and down like a roller coaster, when I press on the gas.
  8. One more thing :oops: there is a little tiny bitty hole in my intercooler lower tube. what should I repair it with?

Replaced Throttle Position Sensor Replaced Temp Sensor Replaced Speedometer cable Replaced CAT Replaced Fuel Filter Replaced Fuel Pump Replaced Fuel Injectors Replaced Fan relay *Working on Timing idle screw fuel pump sensor
  12. I remember driving my car(1990 Corrado g60) on the freeway when I decided to speed, it was ok from 65mph to 95mph till when it I tried to go faster it wouldn't go passed that, like if it was locked out or something.
  13. when I bought it, it had some rubber plug on it and it was being held by a piece of coat hanger wire.
  14. how can I check that? because I can only see from side angles? 0 It really sucks, 1400rpm-1600rpm on idle! I just had some shop replace the throttle position sensor. mybe I didn't need it(ggrrr) :bad-words:
  15. I tried that before but the idle screw won't go in for some weird reason.
  16. yeah, this car has been a pain in the ass trying to get a mechanic with experience on corrados. So I decided to be my own mechanic, Car was running slow every since I got it a year ago(Seriously a 88 Toyota corollas kicked my ass)

  21. I checked my car out today and I saw that my idle screw is missing. what should I do to replace this. I already bought a new one.
