Not sure if 'what are they worth' threads are allowed, please delete if not. Basically i have a set of knackered 17" OZ superturismos round the back of the shed, and im wondering if they're worth getting refurbed to sell on. So, how much should I be looking to get once they're fully refurbed?

First pair, Nike Ruckus lows, size 9.5 Bought from the US for $80, cant seem to find them in the UK. Worn half a dozen times, they're just a little too big for me to be honest. Few scuff marks on the front as shown in the photos, but they just need cleaning with some decent stuff, other than that very good condition. After £40 posted. Second pair, Nike Air Max Run Lite+, size 9. These half been worn half a dozen times in the gym, they havent even seen outside! They look brand new. After £30 posted. Here's a link: http://www.merxmarx.com/en/nike-air-max-run-lite-lea-407852-003.html Both pairs will be going on eBay on Sunday night, but thought i'd try the trainer lovers on here first. If anyone wants them i will need the money in my paypal account by 9pm Sunday, otherwise they're going on the bay.

Well i haven't been too active on here since the rado went, although i still have a few boxes of parts to shift, but they're tucked away in the loft for now. Originally i replaced the rado with an Audi A4 TDI Avant, but due to a change in circumstances (the missus has fooked off) i figured it was about time i treated myself to car i actually want to drive, so here is the new purchase: 70k on the clock, full Honda service history, 12 months MOT, 6 months tax. £5.5k. Fingers crossed i'll be picking it up tomorrow!! I'll still remain active on the boards, and help newbies out where i can, but just figured i'd let people know what ive been up to.

skinnyman9000 replied to skinnyman9000's topic in Cars for Breaking
It looks like the rest of the car is being sold as a whole due to time constraints, im in a rented house so need to be out in a few months. Not sure what the new owner will be doing with it, if he's breaking it i'll stick his details on this thread, if thats ok with him. Im doing good cheers mate, just got bak off my holiday and realised i'm sick of breaking it though! -

Window control box is gone, im sure i've got the central locking pump somewhere. Where abouts on the car is it located? The alternator has gone too. -

Is this actually worth anything to anyone?
skinnyman9000 replied to skinnyman9000's topic in General Car Chat
It has wheels, but id prefer to keep them as they're technically my housemates. For ease of time I think I'm gonna do one of two things. First.option is to remove the exhaust, coilovers and head, and then give the rest away for free. Second option is to get rid as it is. It's just dropping the whole engine and drivetrain that I don't have the space for, so if I carried on breaking myself i'd take.off everything I could without the need to remove the engine block. Hmmm, I dunno. I go on holiday next week so I'm probablybest to have a think about it whilst I'm gone Sent from my HTC Desire S using Tapatalk -

I'd be happy with £400. Infact i'd throw in all the exterior panels and anything else from the car thats still in the garage for £400. The plate is on a few private reg websites for £750, with me getting £400 net if/when it sells. But my issue is time/equipment. Im sure someone with a large garage/unit, the correct tools and a few mates could have it stripped down in a few days. I just don't have the time or space required. It still has the whole drivetrain, brakes, suspension, engine, rear lights, boot lid, stainless exhaust etc. -
I'm currently breaking my corrado, and i've ran into a brick wall in terms of time, enthusiasm, and knowledge/tools. Im wondering if its worth anything in its current state. At the minute its has the following removed: Bonnet Bumpers Wings Doors Sunroof + mechanism Whole interior Some engine ancillaries It still has: Rebuild KR lump (cost £1000 to have done) Stainless eibach coilovers (£600) Stainless steel exhaust (£300) Engine wiring loom with ECU Drivetrain Private plate valued at £750 (im not that optimistic tbh) Question is, in its current state, do you think anyone would be interested in it? Im sure if someone has the time and room they'd make a few bob off breaking the rest of it and selling the parts. I just dont know if i can be bothered. And im moving house in July and i need everything gone by then, time is running out. Any thoughts appreciated.

I might have a crack (excuse the pun) at removing mine then. I know that alot of repair places hate replacing corrado screens because they're notorious for being a ball ache to fit, meaning its often difficult for owners to get quotes.

Fuel tank, yes. I have no idea of its value though, if someone could advise a reasonable price for one? There is a 2.0L one on ebay for £65, but i dont know how much of a useful yardstick this is.
