I've had this problem since i bought my C - and the harder i drive it the quicker the water light comes on - was chatting to my mechanic friend and he sugested putting a bottle of RAD-WELD through, for the sake of £3 I thought i'd give it a try, that was a few days ago now and water light's not come on since / i nipped up all the jubblie clips on water pipes while i was there to :wink:

Shit i just de-striped my C - used white spirit :oops: and then washed it down with lots of cold water, does anyone know if it'll be ok or when i go out to it after work will the paint have died?? i'm really worried that i might have f-ed the paint work - can anyone give me advise - just to put my mind to rest? please :(

Is it worth puttin injector cleaner through to see if that would help MPG?

What are you on dude thats good mileage, get yourself a G60 drive it hard - drive it normal - whatever you do it will still drink more than you can in such a short space of time 8)

:roll: How we doin this very fine day peeps, have been askin really since i joined about any cool cheap mods to be done on my C, as my budget for the min is tight - due to over spending by my good women, was wondering if any of your good selves good give me any tips on tweeking my C, as i've often thought that less is more and the smallest things can make the biggest effects, help gratefully appreciated :wink:
